NOT a compost toilet. That is an over-water toilet that composting toilets usually REPLACE. Look up the definition of a composting toilet

I've seen a faster composting toilet. People squatting on the roadside in Mumbai and pigs waiting for them to finish. The pigs knew they could bully the small kids and would get impatient and rush in, sending the kids screaming even before they could finish their job. 😂

I am currently designing a dry compost toilet.. Considering composting fermentation in regards to biological processes. This design wouldn't possess any breakdown mechanisms. It would require smaller organisms to feed on human fecal matter, then bigger organisms feed on that food chain, and so on. Ecoli disease would be one of many problems in this water column. But these fish species seem reasonably healthy, which indicates thats no toilet. If it was, there wouldn't be anything living.
