A32, Barrier Highway has a speed limit but no cops or any cars. My dad was driving our old Mercedes at about 200kmh while my mum and me fell asleep going to Broken Hill

Maintaining the speed of 235kph from Adelaide to Darwin means you could do it in 15 hours however this would be impossible due to the intersections and townships throughout the A87/National 1

235kph is 146mph for anyone living in the UK or the USA.

So I get to the Shell at the Alice and I asked one of their engineers how fast they were going. 300 kph he says. They had 3 cars up there. I think one blew up because it was on a tow rope near Aileron.

First make sure you have plenty of Fuel,oil and water. Always wear your seatbelt and Drive at any speed limit of the Fastest road of the Hemisphere and don't crash. A high mark is over 💯 Kilometres per hour in the longest road ever.

The Stuart Highway actually only runs from Darwin to Port Augusta. However, you only have to go onto one other highway to get from Port Augusta to Adelaide

It's amazing how much faster bikes are. First time I hopped in a cbr1000rr I went 183 mph and it took maybe 30 seconds to get there lol. Gotta love speed.

as of 2016 germany is the only contory that has roads with no sped limits as the NT govoment added a 130KPH speed limit sadly. I got to go on the road befor this but this was befor i could get my licence.

In 1996 I was doing 240kph between Melbourne and Adelaide in a Holden Commordore 5.0L OK the speed limit was 110 kph but was driving hire car on UK license so they couldn't ban me or put points on my licence great

There might have been no speed limit, but the cops could still ping you for "driving with undue care" also unlike Germany in the event of an accident you might be on your own for hours before help arrives. GOOD LUCK

Here in South Africa we have an absolutely lawless country. Going to work I do 170/180kph if the highways aren't busy could easily get past 200. If caught a little bribe to the police officer and on your way again. Only thing I'll miss when I leave here is the freedom to do whatever u want. This is the reason why the crime and etc is so bad here though....
