Sadly, in today's America, workers who stand out in anyway are ridiculed by their peers and used by their managment. The fast efficient worker is not paid based on how much more work that are capable of than their counterparts. No. Once your talent is recognized, rather than being rewarded, your A game must be on all the time or you are thought to be slacking. Further more, none of the lackluster employees are fired, scolded, or even demoted. In today's America hard work is punished and only seniority will be rewarded.
