This week marked a major milestone for the US economy. On Wednesday, the Federal Reserve cut interest rates by fifty basis points for the first time since 2020. Though this moment is charting a new path forward for the future in the fight against inflation, people on both sides of the aisle have their own opinions on what this means for the economy moving forward. What does this all mean and how does the presidential election come into play? We dive into it.
