Hi Mel, hope the company is better than the last one you showed us🤔 (Engwe) took a full month to get the Engine Pro which I ordered after your demo, they sent a different model and wanted me to accept a partial refund, took numerous phone calls (to USA) and email's before they had it collected back, then another two weeks before I eventually got the one I orderd. Terrible company in my opinion. 👎

Bought one and used deeply for more than one month. Test results: I'm super happy! The ratio value for money is outstanding. Minor (very minor) drawbacks: 1. long (long) waiting time for receiving accessories from Fiido 2. The torque sensor is not so sensitive, but I can survive with it 3. Some text on the display is very minuscule and hard to read. 4. unmounting the battery for recharging it in the apartment is a little complicated. But, as I said, this bicycle is fantastic, both in the city and out of it. P.S. About point point 4. above: the customer service is good. They answer in 48h. They promptly modified the electric lock of the battery on all bicycles after I was reporting a problem, and also sent me the upgraded software and a new locking mechanim in few days (directly from China! I'm impressed!).

Another first class video - thank you. I have a twist & go feature on my ebike but was told that it is not illegal to have them fitted but was illegal to use them on the public highway they they could only be used off road.

Hi Mel Canadian here watching from the Maritimes. We have 2 senior friendly e bikes. They have a step thru frame design. So no throwing your leg over the seat. After it being blessed with the electric assist the 2nd most important advantage is THE THUMB THROTTLE. I would never have an e bike without it. It allows you to EASILY get started when you are going to cross a road before the next car comes along. Also anytime you are trying to get started from a stop it is much easier to get rolling even if you are going to apply pedal power. For the few times any nosey person is watching just start with the pedal and give them a "dirty look" Let Rebecca try the throttle to get started and watch her smile at how easy it really is. got this ebike its a good ride but I don't like torque sensor much prefer cadence sensor on my old bike, nothing wrong with ghost pedal up them there hills with a heavy bike

Great video. Nice bike but it sounds like something is rubbing when you ride. Some motors are whisper quiet and if that’s only the motor, it loses points. I agree, riding on pavement without rear suspension is brutal after a while.

We totally empathise with Becky. Finally we have found bikes to suit our short height. We have Brompton folding bikes and they are fabulous. Maybe she could try one of those?

Forgot to say , I wish these company's would configure the front and back brakes to suit the country they are delivering to , the way this comes front and back brakes are on the wrong sides for the UK , if you have been used to UK bikes and motorbikes you end up grabbing the wrong brake lever , could be disastrous on a wet road . you cant easily swop the brake pipes as they are not long enough .

Thats an interesting bike, and its good to show whats out there for people of all walks of life, and I think you did a good job of covering the subject. For me, a bike is a fairly essential addition to a van, but the weight of these Ebikes makes them too heavy to carry amongst all the other stuff needed to make life practical, even for a part-time vaner like me. There are more suitable Ebikes for Beckie that wont scare her off the subject for life, and I'd say this one is for more experienced riders, not beginners. Still, I did enjoy the video, cheers 👋🇬🇧🇺🇦🇪🇺

I agree with others. Once people get enough subscribers they lose the plot and go into full advertising mode. If we want to see bikes we go to the relevant site ! But then again haven’t been impressed with the van build on here, perhaps that’s why he is trying a distraction. Or more likely to get as many freebie’s as possible.

When it’s cheaper for a company to send a product that retails for £1500 to a few RU-vidrs for free than to pay for an actual advert (you know, like the ones the channel already shows) then it’s pretty obvious the product is inferior quality with a massive markup. It’s also obvious that it is produced by a company that specialize in churning out volume rather than investing in quality, brand loyalty or customer service. You are complicit in the marketing of mass produced Chinese tat and take umbrage when the supporters of your channel call you out on it? A lot of people are put off by this advertising model (as evident by the likes in the comments). Ye should be grateful for any kind of viewer feedback on these kinds of videos as that’s what ensures ye keep getting free products to ‘review’. If ye are treating RU-vid as a business and your videos are your product and viewers your customers then maybe think twice about criticizing them when they point out they don’t want to be sold this kind of junk.
