Awesome! This is one of those movies I caught on tv as a kid but never thought I’d see again because I did t know it’s name. I just Googled “ TV movie Eden Isle” & here it is. (No Omni Kard required)

I think the last time I saw this one was on the Sci Fi Channel in the late 90's, but I do remember seeing it back in '82 when it first aired...thanks for posting!

i love how this vision of the future of the mid 90s, basically still looks and sounds like the late 70s. It's like they thought the 70s or something like them would last forever.

70s SF is more interesting than much of the SF from the 80s on because people didn't have home computers and later the Internet so it wasn't focused much on computer technology.

Interesting, all of the subjects covered here on you tube and elsewhere were introduced by short sci-fi novels and creative non-fiction read by mostly, teenagers in 1974. The stories about the cloning centers, ultra violent patronage and technology were secondary to the seemingly accurate proven thesis statements with in some general original documents like MKULTRA,ie. the hybridization of the marijuana seed.

The score around 1:04hr sounds like it's from the Pink Panther....
