@@cringebob3337 Concept car. Not in production, probably only 1 exists, built by car designers to show off their ideas. Concept cars usually are used as a drawing board where designers can just do whatever they want without rules or regulations, and then afterwards they take their concept car and try to build it to fit rules and regulations, or they just abandon the idea and the concept car just sits in some showroom.

I'm not sure if you've ever seen it but there's actually an episode that you reminded me of on The Simpsons. Homer's long lost brother was a car designer at his own company. He brings Homer into the company and asks him to come up with a concept car. When they unveiled it to the public it was the weirdest ugliest and dumbest thing ever created. I mean this thing is weird but it's not too too bad
And that's not all. When the car's cruising, the passenger will get wet. But if the pass seats floating, if you sit won't you get wet anyway? And where you put your feet, in the water??? It still looks cool though, but just another useless attempt to jack the price.
Honest question: If it is not a street car, does it necessarily need to have seatbelts to be sold? Derived from that... Maybe it is not a street car? Maybe it is a prototipe? Maybe seatbelts are hidden? Soooo many questions in top of the original one...
But you can still see the driver low key looking at you. Imagine he’s waving and you wave back but then look right to see he’s waving at someone else. Awkward car ride and awkward conversation later on 😂
