From the transporter, leave the cave and turn left, then turn left again and go under the arch things. In the cave look right and grapple up into a new room. Its back in there.

Ikr! This is the only transporter video i've done because it's the only one where i ended up on the other side of the cliffside running around for 10 minutes, haha.
