As someone from a country where Halloween was not a thing, and being part of the first generation of kids that celebrated it, that is pretty much EXACTLY how it went the first few years 😂 We had to explain to everyone what Halloween even is and what we're doing and why they need to give us candy, and most people were rather...confused, but it helps immensely to be three cute little girls x)

When I was a child this was not really a big thing in my village (northern germany) but some kids did it where friends lived. Once they took me with them and I left them after 2 doors, explaining my mum I'm nit going to beg strangers for candy 😂

I'm old, but I still have fond memories of Halloween from my childhood, and from my childrens' younger years when I would lead them around. It is one of the few things that helps bring the neighborhood together. I know that not everyone is into it, and that's fine. But on Halloween the porch light at my house comes on early and stays on late, and we'll have more than enough candy to hand out. Happy Halloween!

Here in Germany we obviously have this tradition as well - "Süßes sonst gibt's Saures" - loosely translates to "trick or treat". Few children do it but every household is either prepared for their visit or... well, they just don't answer the door. Simple as that.

fun fact the reason we give candy to people dressed up in costumes is long story short because people used to give them to evil spirits as an offering so we dress up as evil spirits like ghost,ghouls, skeletons,pickachu and years later we dress up like those evil spirits and take those offerings for our self

Minor Domicile Trick or Treat not catching on was the worst thing about Halloween since Ryan spent his entire life savings on that mask instead of buying the candy that he so passionately desired.

The skit ending was one of my favourites of all the ones you've done! The punchline of the theme immediately getting the home dweller on board with pumpkin usage was fantastic! The secret agent who can't keep a secret bit was hilarious too, it makes me want to see you tackle the first guy to be a spy or something similar

I knew a trick or treating sketch would come eventually, but I’m glad he delivered perfectly

The Secret Agent who can’t keep a secret could actually be a fun, parody-type of show. He would think that he actually knew stuff, but would actually only know misinformation which he would inadvertently and consistently pass on to the enemy. He could be provided accurate information when it didn’t matter too much, to keep him looking believable, but mostly he would be bumbling around being used by everyone around him. Of course, every episode, something would go wrong… either the enemy would begin to realize what was going on, or he would be in danger because they took him too seriously, or he would accidentally discover and let slip really important information for once. There could even be a sad episode where he somehow finds out that he’s not the tough secret agent he believed he was, but that he’s actually considered a bumbling idiot and a joke by everyone around him. Every episode would somehow wrap up happily, against all odds. In spite of all odds, he would be super useful, barely an inconvenience.

Saying "I love you" as part of the goodbye was my favorite part. 🤣🎃🎉
