First MFG just emailed me and advised me to make adjustments to my vest sizing. I'm a weird size that usually hangs on the line between L and XL. MFG just hit me up and offered a solution. That kind of care and attention form a company is awesome. They very easily could have made the vest as I ordered it and it would have arrived not fitting correctly. But MFG recognized the issue and helped me out immediately. That's service right there.
First mfg does there research, everything they make fits perfectly. And I love the storage. I carry a gun when I ride so I really appreciate the concealed carry pockets I hate riding with my holster.

Did you follow their size chart? Do you know if the size chart takes wearing a hoodie underneath into consideration? Or would I have to measure myself with the hoodie on....
Gotta say I like the vids seeing the New York streets is cool..I do have one comment about the helmet👽 I like the style but it looks disproportionate in reference to your body size..it looks huge..maybe you could go with a smaller size..something to consider ..Anyway good vids bud!!

I just got one of these and it has a super wide neck and when I button/zip it up, it sticks out behind my neck about 3-4 inches and makes me look like I have a hunchback lol. Super goofy. Did you have this issue?
Is this Jordan from IG? I hear what you're saying, I don't think it was that produced for me though since I would usually layer it - The last vest I did with them I intentionally put a collar on

Yeah I think they would run that as a custom for you, but probably wouldn't be as expensive as a full on custom project - Hit them up on IG, they're pretty responsive

I like your channel but honestly you should disclose this is an advertisement. First MFG quality and customer service is a far cry from what you describe in this video. Perhaps the quality/attention to detail has changed...drastically.
i appreciate your concern and for taking the time to reach out. I ordered the 49/51 vest after a thorough search through your reviews of First MFG and decided it was a solid purchase. Side note: you’re an outstanding brand ambassador and add an exponential value to the company and their products. Unfortunately, when I received the vest, the zipper broke on the first attempt to zip it up. This was within 20 min of opening the package. I contacted customer service with the issue and the rep was less than pleasant...I’ll refrain from name disclosure as it was the end of their work week and more than likely an isolated incident. That being said, I was contacted via email by First MFG and they refunded the 2-day shipping cost. They will not refund the vest until it is returned to them (understandable). I ordered another 49/51 vest, anticipating the refund will go through, and received today. All of that being said, I retract my previous comment as the company has been fair and I am more than pleased with my order. No issues with a poorly constructed zipper at all. Just a solid, well made vest. I cannot thank you enough for reaching out, you’re a solid dude. I’ll be a fan and subscriber of FXDLS Brooklyn and First MFG for life. Thanks again brother.
