Pretty happy with how shinsha came out, though I feel like it would be more fitting if she released during anniversary. Just glad that she’s not useless and is pretty exceptional actually
The 50% orb buff is only good on normal orbs, not the ult. And Milim's skill gives a higher amount. And the resistance down isnt a terribly huge damage buff. But if it works for you, great.

Im glad I got her really early, I dont have an ult buffer and thankfully shes really good for the physical side. If she was a generic ult buffer id say shes top tier support..but I guess supporting physical with strong buffs is still good
i currently have 4k gems, i was saving for the summer rerun but im not sure if i should still do it, should i try to get the new years units and shinsha, wait for potential summer rerun or wait for next meta?
Depends on if you have warriors mind violet or not and if you also pulled the other new years characters. If you don’t have the new shion and rimuru, I’d be a bit iffy on going for shinsha
New Year's meta is honestly kinda crap value unless you have no other Orange team. Not that the team itself is terrible, but it doesn't really accomplish anything that other teams don't already and the force dependency is pretty rough as there aren't too many other good New Years units aside from what the banner provides. Shinsha especially isn't worth if you don't have New Years or World of Fantasy teams prepared.
