I get your point about missiles, but as far as cheese goes, honestly I don't see the issue. They played pinchfist and sold off a lot of defense in order to rush, and they got punished. Besides, the game was far from won at that point. You don't have to turtle every game, you just have to acknowledge that pinchfist rushing comes with risks if your opponent is ready to capitalize on it.

@@Theren5534 Yeah OK, true that if you sell your defenses you should be punished for it. But not so harshly IMHO. And no, Westwind had zero chance of recovery except for the fact Dorymeme tried to be extra cute and failed in doing so. Westwind had NO chance of recovery despite that. And it all stemmed from the fact there's a build that is basically without risks that completely negates builds that tech up fast. In essence, you don't have a choice at the start unless you want to risk defeat in the first minutes of the game. You have to play the long game unless your opponent also does a quick tech play. I could accept that AP sniper would bring cores down to 30% as a result of the other side being too greedy and not noticing the opponent is taking advantage of that. But three shots, each taking 40% off the core? Might as well make it so if you sell off the protection at the start the other side can just point at the base and it explodes.
