Weird how you all praise these guys as people who make sense, but people like Tulsi are the epitome of the socialism you have been ranting and raving about.
@@claymusicoff5663 not really... However true scientific socialism is needed for the this country and the world.. Capitalism is too wasteful and causes too much greed, pollution and inequality
I'm a registered Republican, I like the way Tulsi thinks. If ever I was gonna vote for a Democrat again it would be for her. She uses common sense thinking. She is always willing to look at the big picture. Also ask yourself why are the rest of the Democrats trying to shut her up. I believe its because she is willing to work with both sides to get things fixed. That's who we need for a leader. Look past her age. She gets it. She gets it.
please pay attention to what she says, shes for EXACTLY the same stuff as the other dems she just doesn't suffer from trump derangement syndrome. she is for EVERYTHING that the other democratic nominees are pushing
Haha, he'll start by spearheading an investigation into NASA and bring in all living astronauts for interrogations. I can imagine him waving around a fat joint and growling, "LOOK INTO IT!"
I'm a center/Independent that leans to the right but Tulsi is the only candidate who seems to be a true moderate and could actually bring democrats and republicans together
I’m definitely not left wing and I identify as fairly politically conservative but I really enjoy listening to her. Her stances are always backed up by facts and when she doesn’t have an answer to a problem/question, she’s at least honest and will say “I don’t know” instead of lying. Very intelligent woman who definitely has a backbone!m and it’s sad knowing she’ll get shafted by the DNC!!!
I agree. She appeals to me in the same way that Trump does (bear with me…I know they’re dissimilar people). Whether you like her/him or not, they’re both leaders who have committed to having the moral courage to focus on actions that restore the country. I’m a huge of any leader who makes it known they’re not for sale to the highest bidder.
HA-WHY-EEEEEEEEEEEEE I know she's saying it properly, it's just burned into my mind now. It's like how whenever I see the word DMT or A.I. it's Joe Rogan's voice saying it in my head, not mine.
i have empathy for people who want to do good and fix issues b/c its never so simple....there are complex issues that are intertwined with each other that would take real cooperation from a lot of people and agencies to fix. Any solution she has is not do-able to fix these national issues from small to large scale b/c there just would not be enough cooperation to move forward to fix or untangle a lot of these problems. Only way i could see it is a single party government who unilaterally takes action to help their populace but that would be a benevolent dictatorship & explains China's exponential growth in the last 30 years to becoming an economic world leader.
She loses me the second she starts talking about raising the minimum wage...You want more money, expand your experience and education and get a better job. Mc Donalds was never intended to be a career, its an entry-level job.
🎶 'They paved paradise and put up a parking lot...' Anyway, I am center-right and even I admit that the Department of the Interior is one of the better cabinet departments established after the initial constitutional administration back in the 18th century. 🗽By the way, I am a native of New Yorker and am proud that Theodore Roosevelt, one of our best presidents, is from here!
The issue with increasing wages is that every company jacks their prices up for all of their goods and services when that happens. Unless there is something in place to help regulate that, we are just going to keep pushing closer, at a much slower pace, to what happened in Venezuela where their money is pretty much a joke. "Oh yeah, I have a Million dollars, but a loaf of bread costs $750,000 now"
Changing my party this year from Democrat to Independent. Tulsi, be the first person to run and WIN as an independent candidate. We need someone in the middle and sadly I can't think of anyone other than you who could fill that position.
100% agree... she has common sense...which both parties have lost. Tulsi is the best, but since she doesn't cater to the needs of Big War, Big Tech, Big Pharma, and Big Hillary, she is smeared constantly by the Dem media. I hope she goes independent...she'll have a huge following from the left the right and the center.
I'm from LA and I can't buy in the city I grew up in. I could 5 years ago but now forget not even in the suburbs. My friend bought her condo for 300k and now it's work 800k
@Caliisdope Andonfire that's actually hella cheap for San Jo. Prices typically start at 600K-700K easily out there. I like San Jose, but so damn inflated.
i cant believe she said people deserve to live near their place of work... lmao so no good neighborhoods will ever employ maids, yard ppl, or have fastfood near by... hahaha get a fucking clue
Catherine Austin Fitts describes WHY they will never invest in communities and distressed areas in the US, even though it would generate a huge amount of wealth for citizens.
good start going on rogan, but she needs to go on Ben Shapiro, Stephen Crowder and other Right Wing leaning shows. Gotta go up against the big boys and show she can hold her own
I have no idea where you are getting this from.Ben Shapiro is probably the best example of a classic conservative that has the ability to explain and defend his ideas with facts and reason leaps and bounds above anyone else. Crowders not on his level but is still very good at what he does. to say that he whines cries and runs off stage is just factually inaccurate and silly to be honest
7:20 how do you literally bounce off the question and go onto something else? Tulsi didn't contend with the counter at all. She literally just kept going on with her monolog about the cost of living in LA and then threw in UBI. Infuriating when politicians do this - Democrat OR republican.
hey they are already charging for all these things. You want to visit national parks? It costs money to get in. You want to camp there? It costs more. You want to fish there? It costs more for a license. In cases like Wyoming and Yellowstone, the park makes you buy a license just to fish there. A Wyoming state fishing license means nothing when fishing on the park. If public beaches want to charge...that does not surprise me. They will deem it a city or state park, and collect fees for it. Anything to generate more revenue...which of course will be misused and spent on other crap.
Both of you are incorrect. Research universal basic income - every study, in every continent, has shown people use the money to improve their lives and that of their families.
@@BYUBOY33 no idiot that isn't how it works. Universal BASIC income doesn't mean everyone gets paid the same you fucking idiot. It means that everyone gets a basic wage. There is more than enough cash in your shithole country but you spend it all on regime change wars and fucking your own people over.
Bigger government is always the answer🤨. If you make minimum wage as an adult, YOU FUCKED UP IN LIFE!!! It’s not the governments job to fix your bad decision.
Healthcare is NOT a human right. You shouldn't be able to force me to pay for other people's stuff. The only thing we should be forced to pay for are shared things; roads, airports, police, fire stations, national parks/beaches...things like that.
This is who should be the first women president. She's so level headed and logical about everything and even if you disagree with her opinion you can still understand where she is coming from.
@@claymusicoff5663 Interest rates will get out of control in combination with inflation a la the 70's with stagflation, but to a much larger degree. The question is not "if", but when.
@@williammount3275 I have no problem with reducing military spending, but by itself it's not enough to rectify the debt/deficits and unfunded liabilities.
@@travisbuck460 exactly. Gasoline taxes are already supposed to pay for potholes. The question was what are you going to do with the money not spent on regime changes
@@MohamedHassan-dm9df anybody that trusts government to fix healthcare is a fucking idiot. The last time government attempted this they required all plans to cover paternity care...even for gays!!! How dumb do you have to be before you realize these politicians are bought and paid for by the corporations. Liberals that trust bigger and bigger government are this country's biggest threat.
water delivery infrastructure is number 1. although levees and dams are also very important. but fuck a pot hole when half the countries water deliver systems are failing. people are drinking poison from their tap. we need safe drinking water as a number 1 priority.
I have a feeling that this women means well but I think she is missing the point entirely, focusing on the micro problems instead of the macro problem. The macro is simple, get the federal government out of our lives as much as humanly possible and things will improve dramatically. Let the states take care of the micro stuff, it should be their concern, not the feds.
@Judas Iscariot the standards will still be upheld. I'm a firm believer that the greatest problem we have today is to much micromanagement from the fed level. Basically, I believe the feds have over stepped their original borders layed out for them by the founding fathers and, in doing such, have over complicated the stream of bureaucracy making it far more inefficient then it should be. It's just like that manager at work who, just because hes A manager, makes him the # 1 expert on everything in his place of work, microing EVERYBODY on jobs that, frankly, they understand on a far deeper level then the manager ever could.
that is true, the sad part is that its an inevitability. However, other states who are less "corrupt" should not be as affected by, what is essentially, the mass conjoining of all these members of the 2 parties as they are right now. They all should represent their states and their states only and not become the mass conglomerate that they are now. That is one of the reasons why the fed should be broken up and put back in its place 1). to many people are to interconnected with one another to not get their hands easily dirty, and 2). the federal government should not, by any means, have the amount of oversite as it does now. The individual states should take care of their own taxes, legislation, healthcare, ect. on their own and not bring everybody else down with them which we see today because of the influences that are forcing their ideologies and way of thinking on the fed level. The fed, as far as im concerned, has 3 jobs; 1). maintain foreign relations. 2).maintain our infrastructure. 3). and insure that all states are compliant with the ultimate law of the land, the bill of rights and the constitution. Their bumbling around with things that are not in those 3 categories, I believe, is what got ALL of us into this mess to begin with.
Three years to rebuild levies is BS because it's only a matter of government caring. Exhibit A : The 1993 Northridge earthquake collapsed the 405 freeway and because it was going to cause a huge tax deficit and a huge daily loss to the economy, was fixed in record time. It was an incredible display of organization and ingenuity that needed only for the state and local politicians to give a flying F**k. Affordable housing would greatly benefit from a reduction of oppressive regulation. Building anything requires one must first get past a government fleecing.
Tulsi is spot on regarding housing and needing to solve this issue. So the "I don't know how you do that" comment comes off as dismissive. Let's reign in the banks!
be cool if she takes off gun control and offer free training for civilians to protect there country and there family's and community from tyrants and reinforce the second amendment and bill of rights.
Has Joe heard of Finland, here in Finland we have this thing called "jokamiehenoikeus" which allows us to a lot of things in almost every forest like camping, picking berries, hiking, biking (with a bicycle), skiing and stuff like that.
No Joe, even in China they have less restrictions on access of land. The culture there is that unless there s a good reason to restrict access (and to be fair, the 'good reasons' aren't always that good, but unlike the USA, where the default is no access unless it's an official park, the default is you can access it) then go for it.
She's not far from Libertarian. She drifts too close to that line she'll enter political isolation, but her roommate will be Rand Paul, so at least she'll have a Dr. near by.
The fact is a politician will promise you the world and when they get elected they suddenly have amnesia. As long as big corporations or private donors have an agenda and pay big money, We the people have no voice.
I don’t know how opening the facet for 5 minutes would be bad for a test. Wouldn’t that be a good test since you want to probe that the water coming from the water treatment plan is good. I would think that removing old sediments caused by different things would be good for the test since that is not part of the new water coming in.
I love tulsi as a fellow vet, and would love to vote for her, but she is just too wrong on too many things. One point, there is a federal minimum wage, meaning the United States has said if your work here legally you get liar this, and every state has their own minimum wage and it varies. I live in MA right now and we are moving our minimum wage up to $15 an hour by 2022 I think but getting rid of 1.5x pay on Sunday’s and holidays. That was the compromise. Meanwhile 5 minutes south in RI minimum wage is 10.50 and they are and will lose even more labor. How about people negotiating and making deals. Making agreements.
An entry level job at $15 and hour!?? Entry level doesn't mean supporting 2 kids, rent and a car loan! Although she is the Best of the Best of the 2020 candidates, this is just pie in the sky economics plain and simple. Think folks!
She makes all these promises but if she did win, she wouldn't get half this shit done. Our system of government spends more time delaying progress than actually solving real problems. Once candidates get into the office, the democratic system kills all their promises.
Although I like the way she thinks or at least what she tells us, she is still a politician and has an agenda, they all do. But it seems like her and a very few others we are seeing a light of change, and she gives us hope that the system in place can be replaced and a better more worthy system put in its place.
Legalize, tax and regulate all or most drugs, use those taxes to fund education. Pull out of all foreign interventions, cut military spending by 30%, use that money for infrastructure and/or healthcare. Implement a tax on the ultra wealthy and corporations to pay their fair share and cancel student load debt. Now you have a country that's not at war, that has a healthy population, that has an entire generation not drowning in debt and can now spend money to stimulate the economy and focus on things that can actually make this country better.
For a possible solution to affordable housing, please take a look at & consider Walt Disney's original idea for EPCOT (Experimental prototype City of Tomorrow), where workers would live on affordable housing & land surrounding office buildings, factories & hotels in the middle of the city. Commuting would to & from would be done via "people movers" & workers would test out, as well as provide feedback for, many of the products & services designed in & produced in these factories. With Shopping Centers & malls slowly phasing out due to online shopping, perhaps these buildings could be turned into community industry hubs w/police, fire & social service departments, along with schools, groceries, factories, production facilities & offices that provide services for these communities.
doesnt make sense to just keep raising minimum wage in places that are already over crowded as fuck..... more people are just going to move there. you need to incentive-ize moving to other places and starting small businesses until these big cities can afford to redo their traffic infrastructure. source: I play a lot of Sim City.
Raise the minimum wage and the services offered also increase in cost. It's a never ending circle of increases that will never benefit the lowest on the pole. You need to stop these foreign countries from buying up land and businesses here.
As much as I like this chick, she doesn't stand a chance against Trump. Maybe 2024 she'll pull it off, the smartest thing she could do is to start befriending Trump. Living wage is complete bullshit, we live in America if you can't make any money you've got some serious problems. That's what makes this country so great is that you can literally be born with nothing and die a billionaire. If your too weak or stupid to succeed then it's your fault, move, start a business, etc, use your fucking imagination. I'm speaking from experience.
Guaranteed annual income should be a major issue. Andrew Yang's proposed monthly governmental stipend of $1,000 per adult citizen IS viable, but convincing voters who don't have access to the actual facts of the US economy of its viability will be difficult, if not outright impossible. As for the taxpayer dollars being poured into the US "intervention" in Afghanistan, the only accomplishment seems to be protection of this agricultural country's main cash crop--OPIUM POPPIES. Three guesses where the opium is winding up!
