@@MrPickledede I’m just saying Lamont judges people and he is in no position to judge ANYONE!!! ! The waitress deserved respect and a tip!!!Lamont is a prick he doesn’t deserve respect
Wowza, that’s a tough way to live…getting upset about toast. You’re gonna give yourself a heart attack. Don’t sweat the small stuff. Find things to be happy about. Maybe anger management would help?!
You should have still tipped the waitress though, this decision was clearly made by management and not her. She’s just doing what she was told by them to do.
What's wrong with a 45-year-old working at McDonald's, at least he's working. I'm trying to provide for him or his family instead of robbing. Or stealing Like most people do. But you wanna put him down because you think he is old? And is working at a fast food restaurant. So you Judge people on how they look.
@@BlackBiggot Why though my man? Been a big fan of yours for a long time, why feel the need to put people down who are in that position? A lot of people are not where they expected to be in life, I am sure you didn't expect to be living in a car when you were younger ether; but as long as aint hurting anybody, why does it matter?
Omg, one less piece of toast, and the whole city of Vegas all of sudden sucks, your the guy version of that girl thats wound up to tight and got too many issues!🙄🤣
My Worst Order, at Denny's. I ordered a burger and a side salad. They didn't bring my burger, only a salad. The waitress that took my order went home, her replacement just gives me a shrug and refuses to bring me my order. She starts arguing with me that I never ordered a burger.
I believe it! I had a similar experience at a Chili's in my area. I order the exact same thing that u did except my salad was a fried chicken cobb salad. The manager of the place took my order! 😂 I only got my salad. The manager guy then comes back around and says how was your burger. I said I never got it. 20 mins later places a bill on the table for the burger and the salad. I flagged the manager guy down explained that I didn't get the burger and to correct my bill. The jerk didn't even discount it for my inconvenience! I didn't go back to this place for 5 years. Terrible. When I did go back my experience was better and they had a different manager.
Denny's has some of the worst waitresses in the past same happened to us in past they actually made them close down due to bad customers service and bad conditions thank you for sharing 👀🖐️🤓🎚️
I think they should ask during the ordering process, if you want one slice of toast or two, if they really want to conserve bread. I totally get that, if it’s a common thing they see there but at least asking would be better then trying not to give it, if it’s suppose to be part of the meal price.
I tipped a waitress zero bucks once. All she did was take my order and bring the check. The hostess delivered my food, took an order on a side item, delivered the side item, refreshed my drink, took a dessert order, delivered the dessert and refreshed my drink one more time. So, I handed her a ten dollar bill on my way out of the restaurant. She begged me to keep the ten, but I told her that she earned it. The waitress was shocked and angry that I didn't tip her and I reminded her that she only took my order and brought my check while others did all the work.
@@trickolas78 And you must be insecure and unsure of yourself to make a comment like that. You're one of those people that sits at the back of the classroom, hoping and praying that the teacher never ever calls on you because you would be unable to even speak. Please get some therapy and develop some confidence instead of being the way you are.
I've worked in the restaurant industry all my life. It doesn't matter if the customer wastes it or what the hell ever. You're paying for it, you can do what ever you want with it. If the waitress did a good job, tip her, it's not her fault the managers are idiots. Your friend should have gotten a refund 😂
Hi Lamont. I'm sorry to hear about your friend getting sick.... I feel you. Breakfast is supposed to be the best part of the day John from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania
My father in law went to a diner in New Jersey (early 80's) and there was a fly in his salad. He told the waitress and she picked the fly out of the salad and walked away
I completely agree, you pay for the toast you expect to get the 2 pieces, its got nothing to do with them whether you eat it or not, they are not losing money because its paid for, however by only giving out 1 piece of toast that means they are making money again on the 2nd piece of toast by giving it to the next customer,so in reality we have just paid for that next customers piece of toast and the restaurant then charged them again for that piece of toast.😂😂😂😂😂 Ya get me lol
Not having an extra slice of toast is a very minor issue considering that times are hard for small mom and pop owned businesses. They are simply cutting costs as best they can and I don't see an issue if they've agreed to give you the extra toast upon request. I do believe that what she said was true in that a lot of toast is tossed in the trash because a lot of people simply don't choose to eat it when the main items on their plate are preferred for satiation. As a foodie, consumer, and supporter of small businesses....how did the food taste? That is the main thing that you should be critiquing.
@@gijanetexas5770 To each his own. I think some people just love to gripe about anything. The lady seemed very accommodating to his wishes to have an extra slice for free. Bread isn't a staple item in meals so I don't see the big deal. I don't often touch the bread and will throw it away and I think this is something that they've noticed happening with many customers so why nut cut back costs and not spend so much on bread that will only get dumped in the garbage?
She should have asked if you wanted both at the start. Sorry you had a bad experience. I always tip but I may write a book later to send to management.
The waitress seemed kind so it’s F’d up that you didn’t tip her BUT, I agree that 2 slices of toast should be included. The restaurant employees could give the leftover toast to the pigeons instead of throwing them away. ❤
You're "uncle" needs to chill a bit & stop complaining about everything, everyplace & everyone. Seems like he's not happy unless he's complaining & ranting 🙄
Lamont, restaurants have food costs and she did say that if you wanted another slice of toast you can have it free of charge. Not many people want to see food to go to waste and after all, you did get an omelette with it and omelettes are filling, so I could see her point. I'm Sorry your friend threw up yikes!🤢
No, you are paying for two slices. If they are worried about waste, they could offer one piece and charge for the second piece. But they are cheating the customer the way they are doing it, customer pays for two but gets one.
Lamont as long as they give you a second piece of toast for free then that’s all that matters. If anything, does it say on the menu that the breakfast includes two sides of toast ? I think you might be overreacting 😢
And nobody knows how to make a real Bob Cobb salad anymore. I was out with my kid at Mother's Market one day and ordered a Cobb salad. The salad was invented by a friend of a friend's dad Bob Cobb in 1938 at the Brown Derby in Hollywood. It always comes with chopped iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, chicken, sliced hard boiled eggs and always, always blue cheese dressing! The waiter asked me what type of dressing I wanted and I almost lost it!
