Hi there. Thank you for sharing your story. I need to get serious about my own health too. I don’t have diabetes, because I’ve been practicing TRE for years. But I do need to lose weight. I’m a big fan of Dr Jason Fung. Keep up the good work.
TRE stands for Time Restricted Eating. Meaning you only eat between certain time such as for me, I don’t eat anything in the morning until about 12 or 1 pm. And then you stop eating early in the evening - say around 7 pm. This way your insulin levels get to return to normal even if you eat a lot of carbs.
