I just stumbled acroos your channel and this video as I was looking for EXACTLY this topic. I have read and viewed the Dark Night of the Senses, and the Dark Night of the Soul for many years. I have been absolutely certain, based on the descriptions others have made, that I was experiencing a "Dark Night" all this time....BUT you are the first one to clearly, concisely and coherently provide a way to discern where I am at and what I am experiencing through actual and tangible tests and metrics. I am so very deeply grateful for the time, energy and expertise you have shared here, sir!
