It doesn't matter how many family members he has there. His legal residence is out of State therefore he is from out of state. There is plenty of action going on in his State of Illinois but he went after an easy Target in Wisconsin. Parkway Gardens is only a few miles away and there is action there almost every day.

I think people use “kid” to force more sympathy from viewers. If people see Kyle as a terrified child who was only defending himself they become more inclined to see him as innocent. While if they portray him as a sensible, mature, grown man than the opinion shifts to, well he knew what he was inciting, bringing a gun, he should’ve known better. Not that he isn’t innocent but that’s the court of public opinion. Lawyers use age all the time to garner sympathy.

They are simply carrying it for protection (let by Ohio law btw) ,are you going to chase them down with a skate board or pistol?" Would that make more sense to maybe just go about your day? Probably better to go about your day. End of story is, law failed to protect the city. The mayor should be charged for damages done to the city. The kid was in pure self defense. He had a bigger set than the rest of rest of nation talking crap on social media, so they feel they did something.

Likewise the prosecutor's insistence that the person with a gun pointed at him would be in fear for his life just made the argument that Kyle l, with the gun in his face, would be in fear for his life. The prosecution got him to say what they wanted a few times but it was the same thing each time and it wasn't all that damaging and one could argue it actually helped Kyle. Lastly, the way they went on and on and on for a simple point that was evident from the very beginning probably annoyed the jurors(God knows it did me). I think the longer that prosecutor speaks the less one likes him. The most damaging part was the recording of Kyle bashing Democrats because he already had an uphill battle with any lib jurors in the court

That kid should have had more folks with him with guns providing backup. Geraldo is a piece of human trash. 2a is exactly written for people rioting, looting, and burning society to the ground. Everyone in his nation has forgotten that "We the People" are the ultimate authority, not the blasted biased, ignorant, and self aggrandizing government. I wished conservatives had spines... but they don't. Even Democrats have more spine than conservatives.

I live in Kenosha. That Judge is the longest serving Judge in Wisconsin. Been a Judge here for 50 years. My husband had this Judge 40 years ago and I was in the courtroom. I was shocked when the Judge viciously yelled at my husband for no good reason. Seeing Judge Schroeder yelling again today was interesting. This guy has been yelling at people his whole career on the bench.

No he is being prosecuted to denounce self-defense and the right to own firearms. Lets get this very clear, if he had defended himself with anything other than a firearm, we wouldn't even hear about this case...because it wouldn't be one. Since he did have a firearm, more precisely an AR-15, it strikes the nerve of anti-gun dipshits out there who want to abolish our 2nd Amendment right, so we have zero ability to refute a corrupt totalitarian government!
