Whenever they don’t sequester a jury, if threats are made, they should immediately declare it a mistrial. How can it be a fair trial in this case?

I 1000% agree. The jurors were being FILMED ffs. That alone should be enough for a mistrial. They should have either been sequestered or moved the trial outside of Kenosha County, period.
