And how come powers are able to work in there but yet in season 1 the guy who can turn into gas can’t get out? (There’s not dampeners cause you can see in season 1 they are able to use there powers)
@@TheRealThunder They no longer have prisoners. Only the ones there temporarely. They only had prisoners in S1 and S2. After that they went to prison that Cisco upgraded to hold metas.
The fact that they aren’t the same and should not fit together is exactly why I make these kinds of comments. Your suffering sustains me like death of darkseid’s distant cousin thanos
I actually started laughing when Barry opened the toilet. Oliver: Every cell had a toilet! Barry: *Pushes pressure button; toilet slides out* Sure you can’t hold it?
Try dislocating your kneecap. That hurts like hell. (To deal with pain, I obviously took meds to help numb it, but that also ended up causing me to become high)
3:23 I love how you can slightly here the smallville theme song and it helps it fit better as it has been mixing with the regular music this whole time
@@Riskofrain527 no lml they escaped bc barry dislocated his thumb witch no one else is able to do witgought breaking there hand and oliver phased witch nonone else can do
The metas might not be able to dislocate their thumbs without breaking their hand and even if they found a way around that they couldn't be smart enough to shorten the dampener.
that's what bothers me with everyone, oliver has barry's abilities they swapped it's like unlocking an ability in a game and u don't know what key to press to activate it. kinda like that oliver has barries abilites unlocked but just needs to know how to do it.
they explained it later in the episode. they are taking on eachothers characteristics. oliver is more happy like barry. when they were in the cell, he was having a good time with the abilities so it made it easier for oliver to phase and it was easy for barry to dislocate his thumb because he was angry like oliver.
Also you'll notice that when Wally first got his powers, he progressed far more quickly than Barry did originally. Wally had nothing emotionally holding him back and only had fun with the powers. When speedsters are feeling joy and freedom they connect to the speed force more easily.
Technically Bary also learned how to phase in a mater of seconds. The difference is Bary almost hesitated because it thought It was impossible, while oliver knows Barry can phase so he learned it a bit quicker
i’m not gonna lie, one of my favorite parts of this episode was seeing barry dressed like oliver. I feel like the button ups look better on him than the sweaters...
@@mammaboy1 yeah but still...so weird 1. Barry as Green Arrow 2. Oliver as the Flash 3. Having to hear "SAVE ME" after 7 years (unless bingewatching it on HULU which I am doing now) And tomorrow they're going to Gotham City, but we're not seeing Batman
@@titang6173 that's a stupid question. No shit he would be willing to dislocate his thumb. Barry and oliver being able to escape that fast is stupid end of story.
It took Wally 1 whole episode and an inspirational speech by Barry to phase, and Barry 1 very inspirational speech by wells. And Oliver just did it in 2 minutes just by Barry saying “you need to phase”
the show has so many flaws, i mean so many people wanted flash dead but instead just kidnap him and in the case of season one just help him become the flash instead of ending it all
@@elina9236 Cause Barry doesn't get the insidiously competent villains (Except Captain Cold). He gets the foolish power-using Meta-Villains. I guarantee that Slade, Helena, Waller, Ras, and the rest of Oliver's villains would have been out in a day or two.
Hahahaha plus this wasn't even supposed to he a security system, and more of a temporary holding facility. Exactly why they needed to have CCPD to create their own meta jail
Do you know how painful it is to dislocate something in your body? Imagine how the Bionicle plastic stretches when you try put the arm in. This is happening to your bones
While I dont have a problem with accepting that a comic book character can do something crazy, I DO have an issue when they try to explain something with science and get it wrong. For example: If you vibrated your molecules at the same frequency of air, you would only be able to pass through things that air could pass through. They had a perfect out. Just truncate the explanation. He vibrates his molecules so fast that they can pass through solid matter. A simple way to explain it that can be simply written off as comic book rules.
