You showed me chernarus and how awesome dayz is. Your let's plays where basicly the reason I started playing the game and also made a youtube channel about it because I love it so much. This is the highlight of the week. Every time I see a long-ass Frankie video, I grab a big bag of Doritos, some coke, sit back and chill! It's honestly just like watching a movie!
RU-vid is Frankie's hobby, he can upload as much as he wants or as little as he wants, it's his hobby. No excuses just cus he has 2 million subscribers doesn't mean he has to upload 2-3 videos a week, it's peoples choices to subscribe, and they should learn that he can't give them every video they want just because they subscribed.
The first half of this post nearly had me pissing myself with laughter, which at after 1:00 am with a wife and 2 lads in bed it is not a wise thing to do. I have not caught up with like 1 years worth of videos but that one is my all time favourite. I watched thousands of videos before as a medical condition made working an impossibility. So I would spend days and nights watching DayZ. Thanks for posting mate I feel quite flushed.

Ah well that depends what style of play your looking for. You can find a server with modified stats for zombies with more of them or first person only.
Ocharni, that, unfortunately, is what a real zombie apocalypse would be like. Survivors would quickly figure out how to efficiently deal with zombies, due to zombies being kind of stupid, but the other survivors would more than likely try to take your supplies.
Frankie the first 30 episodes of the series were the coolest, the times when you had a story and did it in this lonely "wolf style" :D (I think u know what I mean) I like this episodes soo much and it would be cool if you could do one like this again ! :) Dont get me wrong I also like the new ones and I know that it is a lot of work, the first 30 ones entertain me so well :D I watch them every secound weekend or so:D That was my opinion , hope you read it Bye
The "armor" on the first small heli is extremely stupid. Since it will likely be hit from below, the bullets would ricochet INTO the cockpit from the plates.

This is what makes frankie different than shittypie. He goes with quality over quantity. Pewdiepie is the reverse of him making crap videos about screaming, while frankie does long intense dramas that make us shiver with anticipation.
Frankie doesn't need to thank us for the 2 million subscribers. He really deserves it, and we should be thanking him for the content he uploads such as the legendary game known as DayZ.

DayZ takes a long time to record, simply due to the nature of the game. You spend many many hours running around a massive map getting loot while avoiding the people who want to kill you. In the case of the Epoch mod making a base takes at least a few days. What you watch in his videos is the highlights of probably a few days of recording. Top that with the fact that he is trying to become a paralegal and isn't dedacating his life for youtube, I'm suprised he makes them as fast as he does.
A lot of people complain that frankie puts so little videos, but in my point of view, he puts them when he wants, i think if he add 3 videos a week, editing quality, i mean whole videos would get worse, and frankie him self would get bored of doing it and would do only because people ask him and not because he wants. Look at other youtubers like Angry Joe, theradbrad gameplays, pewdiepie (especially pewdiepie i find him very repetitive and boring). When i watch them i just skip skip skip and go to another channel or something, but when i watch frankie's videos i watch everything, like if see a new DayZ episode i go make a cup of tea, relax and enjoy like a good show or movie. I hope frankie wont start uploading videos very often, and make every week or two weeks a really great one. (im sorry for my grammar mistakes its not my native language)
I agree, but I do watch Pewdiepie videos, I don't watch them all, but with Frankies I watch anything he uploads. I find him to be a bit calmer, it's a nice change in pace. I'd like to see a few solo dayz vids though, like it was when he first started uploading dayz.
Same whenever I see Frankie's videos it doesn't matter how long it is I watch it all because it's bad fucking ass and like some other youtubers I don't watch all of their 30 min long videos because there boring

They should add an option to ghetto rig things on your vehicles to repair it for like ten minutes or so like itll just slowly get back down to red in the duration of 5-10 minutes so you can quick fly to a town or get home all youd need is like scrap metal and duct tape or something i think thatd be an awesome addition

Screen flashed like it does for a hit and blood stays on full (if you watch for like 10 seconds you see his blood level is still full when it goes over the chopper). Am I missing something about the cheytac physics here?
I looked for the episode but couldn't find which one he said it in (It was on Taviana, if anyone else can help find it) but Frankie stated after shooting at an ATV with 2 people on it, "I wish there was bullet penetration in this." Only one shot was fired, the other guy died.

It was done to build a story. You need to watch these videos as if hearing it from a storyteller perspective. If he did die he's not going to say I died... Then I re spawned cycled back and continued on. Takes from the storyline doesn't it? People don't seem to realise this is all geared towards building a story... You are meant to enjoy it and not analyze it piece for piece. As he says it is edited and designed for entertainment purposes

How is possible to build such castle? I mean - how do you connect all that vehicle parts, and how do you cut helicopter to get them? I'm very interested.
They won't add this type of base making the SA, But we should be getting a VS3 Pretty soon, within the next 3 updates. But just wait till the modders get to SA and we'll have Epoch on it with this type of Base Building.
Hey Frankie, I have a question what do you think of a survival game like Dayz except instead of zombies you would have a large pack of wolves some pups some grown some lone wolves maybe about 25-30 they would roam around the map following deer or elk, and would be dangerous if they spotted you or smelled you. You would have the difficult task of finding supplies in a abandon city's like Cherno with out getting hunted down there would be an array of wildlife between hawks, eagles, rats, Etc. Also you would have to compete for food with other players or animals. Maybe you bave a connection to a game desginer or someone who could Mod Dayz so that it could do something like that I would appreciate it if you talked about this idea in a video or send me a message. I always enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work. :)
Yes you need Arma 2 and Arma 2 operation Arrowhead (NO COMBINED OPERATIONS NEEDED) to make the mod work. You can also get the standalone but the mod is better (in my opinion)

Well the Standalone is really buggy right now with my friends randomly dying. Gear has been missing from inventories and stuff like that. The mod is great as you can see from watching Frankie's videos. I like the mod better right now because it is pretty much finished with updates here and there to keep things running smoothly. The Standalone is still pretty fun though but beware for bugs and glitches. If you have the mod I would stick with the mod until the Standalone is done. Or, if you want to be an avid supporter of the Standalone and are okay with bugs and glitches then play the Standalone. With the graphics part it is really only a matter of how good your computer is. Hope this helps.
Standalone is very buggy right now, PvP is unbearable due to sound glitches. Graphics wise, Standalone takes the cake; everything is far more detailed than the mod, BUT even on good PCs it can end up running awfully. It's mostly luck of the draw it seems; I have a 560 but run at high settings at an average of about 45-50 FPS a, but people with systems better than mine struggle to get 30 on low settings. Stay away from it for now I'd say.
Pigeon I very much doubt he bought his own server. If anything, he would host a LAN/dedicated one. He scripts. You can see, his heli is always full green before an attack, as are all his vehicles in all episodes. Always green. In his first episodes, always full green and full fuel. Happens too much at time when it would be impossible to refuel/spawn like that.
