The FNAF Fan Game “Based on Real Facts” 

When I was a kid I used to think that FNAF was a real story, Chuck. E Cheeses was a very fun experience.

The fact that it's based on the dev's nightmares makes it so interesting and unique

Yep. This truly is *the* FNAF game of all time to be based on real facts. I do have to admit this guy did a really good job on the model. I can truly see the depth in the doll and the true texture in it.

Honestly I feel like this game has a lot of potential, the dev could get some assistance to polish a few things here and there and you could get a pretty good game.

When I see how limited it’s gameplay is it almost makes me think that each chapter will be a night with very different gameplay styles and mechanics, almost like joy of creation. This looks very promising and I’m looking forward to whatever comes next

Are those night gameplay renders actually just photos of the developers room? They look like a really good 3D model, but I feel like it’s a 3D render.

Hey, just wanted to say that i'm sure that the rooms in the game are indeed renders. a lot of the lighting and materials look a bit off to be full on photos. It doesnt fix any issue with the setting, the fov is indeed too small, but yeah.

I think it would be better if this was a short film instead. The dev definitely makes great renders and cutscenes.

Fun Fact: You can know the game is located in Spain by looking at the chair in the bedroom, the "GAME" logo it's from a famous videgame shop here, similar to Gamestop, so yes, we call our Game Shop just Game. Also little tip about spanish pronunciation, the Ju in Juan is pronounced like Who.

It feels like a dream/nightmare too, I'd say the dev did a pretty good job, especially when he did it all by himself

I think the room was made that way on purpose to convey the experience of a nightmare. The claustrophobic tightness. The familiar areas being wrong

The fact that this is made by a spanish speaking developer is really cool. Most of these games feel and look ugly and many of these are quite unoriginal. But this one looks interesting, it's not just animatronics but actually a doll, and you actually seek help instead of coming back like an idiot to the pizzeria. I'd also like that the friend's name wasn't Juan lol.

Making an horror gane based out of your nightmares sounds cool, but idk if you could say those are "true facts"

It’s been 2 minutes and there’s already a dismembered body, I love FNAF fan games.

I still remember when I was young I listened to a fnaf creepypasta once that had a moment where mothers would go outside to smoke and children would stay inside the pizzeria and then they would get killed. Since then little me would always look up in the sky when there was sunset, remember about this and start praying for the souls of these children. Of course back then I didn't know this was just a creepypasta and not a real story

This game shows tons of promise! the unique visuals of the 3d models and fully rendered cutscenes make me feel emotions that I haven't felt in decades! I'm very excited for what's to come who knows, maybe the developer can assemble a team and make the rest of the game in this interesting art style (as well as fix some of the minor grammar bugs)

Sleep paralysis and night terrors are a thing, and this would not be farfetched to think would happen to the dev. I've had my fair share of night terrors in my life so far and it hits hard to wake up from one. One was of Nemesis from re3:n chasing me and some other people only for me to be grabbed and when I woke up was when I was killed in the night terror and I awoke with a jolt as if I had actually died and came back to life, and I experienced many of these events as a kid. I have yet to experience sleep paralysis, but I can tell it is even more horrifying then any night terror as you are awake but can't do anything, like you are trapped in your body and can not move anything except your eyes and have to witness some horrifying entity/entities. My younger sibling (They are nonbinary as they say) was in a foster care house and had sleep paralysis after taking melatonin forcefully given to her by a care taker, and saw what could be assumed to be 2 or 3 wendigos in their paralysis. They were horrified before going back to sleep and swore never to take melatonin again in their life no matter what. Me and my family are Native American, and can assume that this is a sign of misfortune coming in the future, and this was only a couple of months ago and my siblings are back from the horrible living situation.

This game remindes me of the game Cube Escape Birthday. In that game the main character alsovittnes his parents getting murder on his birthday and he has trauma because of it.

The animation of Joy's face coming together like that was insanely cool.

I agree with you; I think the game looks lovely. What I'd personally hope for in the possible next installment is more complex and diverse gameplay but also with much clearer instructions; trial and error in horror games can ruin the experience for some people.

I imagine what probably happened with the tips screen was that the developer had a slower computer so the loading screen took much longer than for someone with a better computer, which has happened to me before.

the whole "based on real facts" is a direct translation to "basado en hechos reales" the word "hechos" is used as in "events" for the englush version of the saying, so ig that explains the non-senssical feel to "based on real facts" btw, i'm not great at explaining so bare w/me

the cutscenes from this game remind me of the ones from TJOC and final nights - all three games have wonderful graphics and amazing animation work.

I think the reason for the somewhat odd ending of the game might be because it's the conclusion to the developer's nightmare, and so it doesn't make as much sense.

I think I know what the ending was: The player made it outside but then Joy appeared over the balcony or wood railing(If his house that that layout) and him switching faces means the player died the same way the parents did. If it's not a balcony of some sort then it's probably just a dream transition, like how when your dreaming you could be in your room but then you suddenly warp to a forest or smt?

You should cover the Project Readjusted series next. Mechlus has become pretty chill as of recently, and the third game is fucking great overall, although the pear situation is still crap and the second game is not really great.

Hm this game's animation and graphic model for Joy looks amazing. But yeah the gameplay aspect looks bit limited but I can kinda understand since he could be testing out first time of making a game. I'd suggest adding to the nightmare that is not based from it but could keep it interesting, however I'd seen there are updates and maybe I'll check it out. Anyways agree with you man.

this is actually funny since i also know dreamed about a nightmare which is a fnaf game it was in an office which was like a principals office the cameras were on a laptop to my right was a storage room which had the phone guy that is it and he just said "you are now are night guard survive" there is 3 animatronics bonnie chica and foxy no freddy for some reason the mechanics were foxy out of no where will appear in front of you wear the mask (lmao what) to scare him off idk what mask it is but it was just like i think a normal circle face and bonnie you need to see him on the camera and when he enters your office just freeze btw there is another door on the right but like at the end of the room not next to you you just need not to move now chica was actually a pretty unique mechanic basically she will appear in a hall near the door where bonnie uses it to enter basically after that you need to click here she would start to become a pixaleted sort of glitch which is black and purple and mini glitchy cupcakes that are the cupcakes of chica appear i think they are 9 press them all then boom so that is it i remember for some reason i just had a snicker bar as an item while in the dream trying to find out how to scare her off i would be like BRO CHICA LIKE WHAT DO I DO LIKE YOU WANT A SNICKERS BARS very weird dream but i mean yeah
