Never thought I'd get to a point in my RU-vid career thinking I'd be reviewing foldable phones. I started with playstation portables 😂

This sounds interesting, but I’m not sold yet. Maybe in a few years that might change once the technology improves. Also the prices are insane.

I’ll never buy a folding phone, if I have traditional options. Also, some hack journalists, are going to see this with the iOS launcher, and think a new foldable Apple device just leaked.

Of course first generation tech of anything will be problematic and not so ideal; regardless of how much R&D is done. The Royole FlexPai is a great idea, but I think most people would rather wait for Samsung to redo the Galaxy Fold and Apple to make their iteration. I agree that app developers definitely need to optimize for the folding phones. But I don't think they'd work on the Royole FlexPai. More than likely app companies are going to wait for major companies to have their foldable phones like Apple, Samsung, LG, etc. Again, this is an interesting idea, but not really worth the money at all.

I’d like to see how durable this is over a long time. I think this tech will get a lot better in the coming years.

I am thinking about getting a foldable phone by ZTE it doesnt have a flexible screen tho. I wont get the flexpai or tha galaxy fold bexause its too fragile. The 2 screens of the zte axon m are made of glass.
