When I was a child I lived by the sea,and my siblings and I would go to the shoreline from time to time and see shiny coins in the water,we would pick them up and spend them,its when I became an adult ,we realise that ppl use the coins to pay the sea,when they were working obeah..lol

Hey Alex, to what I kno the name is kinda off a bit. I don’t kno the name as mother “predie” but the correct name was “mother prudie”. She use to live in cedar valley and then to summerset and before she died she had to confess the things she did to persons and so on and no one wanted to bury her and when they actually buried her they buried her standing up with the coffin in a vertical position, wrapped with chains and a some other little trick to keep the spirit from wondering about to torment the community 🤐… shhhh

When me a pickney me hear say in St. Thomas you can't look pon people cause dem will tun yuh ead backa yuh. Anyway, my grandmother was living there and I visited her in 85, honestly I was afraid the entire time I was there and never saw nothing unusual.

There seen to be a lot of bush and old settlement in St. Thomas.Look like a good place to camp out at night to see if any duppy will check me out.Safe from gunman

I am from St Thomas, and from Richmond Gap Richmond Vale, and we know about that lady. I am sure if not lying that Mother Predie lives up at Richmond Gop, died and burry at a place call Mamem in the community. Seek more about that story, because that lady was a baptist church member. I grew up and heard the story of her being responsible for the Rev Russell death back in the days, that was the Rev for the Richmond Vale Circuit of baptist churches. Even though she would travell from Mt Lebanus to Richmond Gap. Big up brother blutus we went to school together.. Keep up the works elite .
