In today's video I breakdown one of the foundations of having good basketball footwork.

Like I stated in this video this is a foundation, fundamental thing when it comes to having good footwork in basketball.
I don't care if you're a beginner or playing at the college level. This is something you should be working on and able to do.
It is used to be ball strong, make passes as well as to finish inside.
