I like the idea of Neville sitting in his living room with his wife and the sword just starts to slowly fade away. A frantic rush washes over him not because its disappearing but because its needed.

I feel like every relic expresses the four houses perfectly. Godric’s sword represents Gryffindoor’s bravery to face anything head on. Salazaar’s necklace represents Slytherin’s ambition and cunningness by showing they care more about how they are represented than anything of real use. Helga’s cup represents Hufflepuff’s their willingness to share as it is well… a cup. Finally Rowena’s tiara represents Ravenclaw’s creativity and intelligence by turning something ordinary into something practical, it is also a headpiece kind of like intelligence which comes from the brain. Let me know what you guys think.

And 3. Slytherin’s locket is theorize to enhance the wearers powers as Umbridge with able to preform the Petronus Charm despite being evil as this is a mysticism/white magic spell.

I know someone will eventually say, "Why did Voldemort hide the items in significant places for him versus a insignificant place or a random hole? That's so convenient, too predictable, and unrealistic." Well, serial killers often do things like that. Why they do it I cannot say, but it certainly not unrealistic. And yes, I used to be one of those people. And recently I came to my conclusion when I started listening to true crime documentaries about different serial killers. I found it interesting how almost predictable Voldemort was just like some serial killers. Thanks for the amazing video, as always! :D

So, I know people ask why VDLTMRVM (Voldemort) had to put dark magic and murder in the three of the heirlooms, the diadem, the locket, and the cup. Because they were beautiful, everyone said. Voldy thought that too and he wanted them to be his horxruxes because they were beautiful 🤩

I've always wondered: why did Slytherin make a locket, instead of a pendant or some other thing? Usually, a locket contains a picture (portrait, sketch, photo) of someone the wearer holds dear, and/or a keepsake of or relating to that person. So, who was dear to Slytherin? I've heard that Slytherins have an unfortunate tendency toward unrequited love (Snape/Lilly, Malfoy/Astoria, Bellatrix/Voldemort); so was this the case for Slytherin as well. Maybe he did as Voldemort would do centuries later, and cursed, not a teaching job, but his own House, so that future Slytherins would know his pain. But then, there were Slytherins who went on to fall in love and have happy marriages (Lucius/Narcissa), so that one's up in the air... Maybe that's why Slytherin left Hogwarts; he couldn't be with the person he loved?
