I watch all of Rich's stuff, the Mayhem videos, the podcast, but I think the Froning 5 videos are the best. Such an adorable, sweet family, love hearing about Hillary's ventures, as well as seeing everything come along with the bison. Also the videography is just amazing. Hope this one continues for a long time!

That opening is the best thing i've seen....as a parent it makes me laugh because my kids scream while being held by Santa as well

How u fit so much into Ur life always amazes me....the family...the training... travelling.... competing and now the farm.....U have an amazing life which you have worked really hard for and deserve everything u have....I've only really found out about CrossFit over the last 18 months and you have been the sports biggest influence and were one of the driving forces behind making what the sport is today....full respect to farmer Rich......top bloke
