Malverns great place to be...my last really tough race was there the trail half..heart no longer allows me to do those things..lady in my life did the Upton Ultra she ran 20miles before they even hit the hills..she was 55yrs at the time and a real tough cookie. Really envious of you being up there...great watch
Thanks mate. I absolutely love the hills, and I've learnt that effort trumps pace up there. I've heard of the trail race but it always clashes with other things. Might have a go at the Beacon race in October by worcs AC. Fair play to your good lady!
You know Andy those water botlles you have on your chest - now you know how it is running as a woman with breasts. There is only the difference that women have got both water botlles and breasts to manage and wear as a woman. It might be quite heavy for some women you know. But thats the way we are born - us girls and women. We struglle and so do you and your companions in this very challenging trip out in the british nature.
