Dear Dr Armin, you are adding a substantial value to our HR background for all HR professionals all over the globe, I am really desperate to be one of your practical students but I cannot afford neither travelling to Germany nor the approximate tuition fees of your university! Publishing your lectures is definitely giving a solid hand to all of us.. Thanks from the bottom of my heart and from the active HR cells in my brain :)

Great talk Armin, I hope the delegates were listening. You are absolutely right... we "can't stand it anymore". Thankfully, I believe that change is coming... TeamSense is all about supporting "people centric enablement" by empowering teams to manage their own performance. Keep up the great work moving these ideas forward!

That was a really good video, I am the founder of a marketing agency llc, we have about seven employees doing different tasks in websites, production, admin, marketing, etc. My questions are In your experience where does the most “trouble” come from, in a company? In accounting, in hiring, In personnel, etc. What does HR do on a day to day basis? Does HR also train employees? Does HR Find talent? What are the biggest mistake start-up/mom-n-pop shops make they usually result in lawsuits, and how do we avoid them? Thank you, I would really appreciate a response.
