this man has just revealed what we all need and what the creators of beamng need

really excited what career mode will turn out to be. it has a lot of potential to add some more lore :)

To be honest, this is a pretty high scope proposal. Some of the features are way beyond the limitations of Torque3D. Some features would never see the light of day (especially the mirror reflections), but one can dream.

One of the things I like about this is the buying cars edition, I would love that feature!

One of the things I would love to see is more in-depth engine simulation/failures like one of the cylinders isn’t firing or its out of time.

I know im late but in the future of beamng the crew said that they will add FSR 3 which makes the game run MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH better. This means that there will also be a possibility of raytracing and maybe pathtracing in the future of this game :).

Also schon geil gemacht, ich warte ja auch schon so lange auf den Career Mode und ich würde die Idee mit dem Pizzalieferant und so weiter zwar gut finden, jedoch nicht unter Zeitlimit sondern normal. Was sicher auch eine geile Sache wäre Taxifahrer. Bin wirklich gespannt was der Career Mode alles zu bieten hat wenn er denn jemals erscheint.

I'd love to see a realistic skybox, I've done it in the world editor but having it in the base game would be a huge graphical improvement. Also a modernized d series would be nice

BeamNG needs these updates

I wish this will become something like the ultimate place not only for car enthusiast but mechanics and construction etc... It used to be this crash simulator but now the devs are cooperating with the modding community (which is incredible) trough contests. If there would be teams focusing on certain aspects maybe rally sim modders who have experience from other games/sims or circuit racing, causual cruising + things to do in free roam like shown in the video. I would suggest to improve the stability because it crashes a lot. The graphics need a lot of tweaking to get right and the assigned controls just don't work if multiple input devices are connected. So there is a long way to get there but I don't know about any more suitable platform for this. Could this become a minecraft kind of sim with focus on vehicles maybe also ships and planes?

I wish they would add a feature where cars can get dirty. Cos cars are always shiny and clean so during offroad the car looks out of place
