The future of Data in policing - Meet Kate and Aimee 

Data permeates and assists every single decision in policing. It is therefore crucial for forces to get it right not only because it enables officers and staff to do their jobs more effectively, but also because it is the foundation of policing by consent.
Kate Boyle, Head of Data Services at the Policing Digital Services (PDS) and Aimee Smith, Director of Data at the Metropolitan Police Service (MET) and current co-chair of the National Police Data and Analytics Board dive into the challenges and priorities for policing in the data sector.
