I love seeing all the young entrepreneurial talent here in Canada as we approach legalization. Far too many people around my age (23) are concerned with going to college/uni and dedicating their life to building someone else's dream. I understand not everyone can/wants to run a business but we need more people who believe that they are able too. Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.

But since recreational came it’s a overpriced zoo and they have less than a quarter supply then before. I grow my own now dice jan1st and I love it I have plenty of weed and I smoke kief / hash I make with a trim bin

It’s already a billion dollar industry even when it’s not legalized yet on a federal level. Canada is planning to be legalized with medical marijuana on a federal level in October and just look at the stock prices they have now on their medical marijuana companies so far. GW Pharmaceuticals for example is already fluctuating between $130 to $160 per share and if you bought into it a while back you could've made a ton of money. Now is actually the best time to get started while they are so cheap in the U.S.

Hehehe 'Organic Creative' I'm from Australia where recreational use is illegal, but me and my inner circle are high almost every day and we synergize and create together rather than get stoned in front of a tv.. I think of weed as a mindset tool, rather than just to get 'high'. I could freestyle rap without stopping and lyricism and rapping isn't native to me.. but my mind is on creative overdrive when I'm smoking
My brother in law´s been using it for several years. He´s suicidal, jobless, ruined, terrible son, etc. And that´s exactly the same behavior of his cannabis smoking friends.
If that was the same of most cannabis smokers, it would be something to look at. I know plenty weed smokers along with myself and I personally find it helps me relax when work is very stressful which having gone self-employed recently and it actually working out, the idea everything is now on *me* is less stressful after a hit.

I started following you about 4 or 5 years ago, struggling with not being able to follow your FB marketing tactics. I have shifted to focus on content with memes and product posts on IG. (I wrote this in another comment section too) Gary, in 2010 I was diagnosed with combat-related PTSD from my deployment to Afghanistan in 2009. From 2010 to 2016, I was on AT LEAST 7 pills a day! I had issues waking up in the morning up to having my wife punching me to get me out of my drowsiness (let's be honest here, she hated it, but she loved the fact she could punch me for free LOL). In 2016, I decided to switch to medical marijuana and within 2 months, I completely stopped the pills and I vaporized weed (davinci vaporizer is DA SHIT!) once or twice a day. The effect on my body and mind were a lot better with marijuana, which is grown naturally without any chemicals, than with the 7 pills. Marijuna solved a lot of my anxiety, hypervigilance and isolation problems. It's truly a solution for the future and it's very unfortunate that people have a real bad misconception of the true values of marijuana. I could talk for hours on how it COMPLETELY changed my life, both socially and mentally. All the new cannabis companies. Lot of us creators.. and content creators are in discussions with companies. One way or another the content is going to get made. Once the radar gets off our backs and legislation moves in the correct direction. One thing to have a passion another to mask them with micro stuff. Very happy I got into this early on with content creation back in 2015. Starting slow, and where ever the shift goes we can go ya know. I said to you before Gary I am not a wine guy and more of a cannabis guy. Curious where our paths cross down the road.
The adult industry were the ones that initially influenced and innovated the marketing field. They were the first to do eCommerce, create innovative landing pages, and developed and used tracking software before it existed. I'm sure the Cannabis industry will bring about some great impacts as well.

What an interesting character. When he elludes to the cannabis market and the demographic of people running the co's will set a new standard that will grasp all industries, I truly truly believe his exactly on the money! The only set back he didn't mention is that the younger gen doesn't have access to capital, it's a stuggle enough for most to buy their own homes, let alone the millions required into a cannabis startup. I never seen anyone like him and honestly believe to be of a similar character; and would have a million questions for him, as I find my "blunt" style of "realness" repeals most people, but I easily dismiss they live in fancy world and not mature enough for the "realness", which is usually proven to be correct if obversed long enough.

Great insights on the cannabis force that is moving forward each day. The only issue I see is the message that is associated with the stoner or the scientist. This needs to be pushed in a new direction of being as consumable as a hamburger.

GaryVee, you are awesome brother. Speaking from experience, the industry was much more lucrative under medical marijuana legislation. The recreational laws, and regulations that have came with it, have only given rise to outside million-dollar investors, and and handful of greedy industry folks who helped design the legislation to benefit themselves maintaining business. The rest had been pushed aside because of all the red tape and regulations, and permits, and inspections, etc. It was sad to see. I moved to Cali from Jerz when I was 13. I saw it all be created and destroyed. Medical marijuana was the best thing to happen to California. And it was destroyed by recreational. Just my two cents.

there is honestly no dispensaries over here on the left coast that even sells dry herb vape pens. some tobacco shops sells cheap $20pens, but out of hundreds new options, none are available in physical stores

Well a few ways to stay in the industry for 10-20+ forever is through linking both the cannabis industry with other industries such as healthcare which obviously needs federal approval also beauty, CBD, games, stocks, hedge funds, News and media, podcasts, clothing, lubricants could be a huge one as but cannabis is not only huge as its base form but also has the potential to be absolutely universal. Their are still so many discoveries that cannabis can do that we haven't even discovered yet. So if you want to be appart of the industry you dont just have to grow weed

@GaryVee I live in #SanFrancisco,California and I recall as a teenager the cannibas stem called "nade" that it was sprayed and dried in methadone synthetic opeiods. And I should be careful, than when I watched an episode of #SouthParkCartoon they were talking about "cat piss" and I know I've heard of cat piss cannibas and I said oh okay it's either a glucose test subject of a #LeoZodiac person or literally harvested feline urine. And I said okay, coffee beans and kobe beef that there's such thing as "dung" cannibas harvested through the cannibas seeds detained after animal digestion. It just made me ponder about the scopes of planting serenity and animals even the probiotic of having a cannibas field where cats are pasture lambs hence the term cat piss as well. It makes me think of Moses and the burning bush no cap and the RollingStones or Commandment stones in the Bible of TheLordJesusChrist promise of prosperity and to encourage resilience in those fish and bread.
