The Future Of This Channel 

I, too, have an online username which has stuck with me through the years. For almost half my life, I've had this username on websites, from Reddit and Steam to miscellaneous forums and online games. I've made friends online who only know me by that name, and come to think of it as almost a second name for myself. When I made a blog, I decided to make the name of that blog a play on that second name of mine. So, yeah, I get why you'd want to call your channel Rusty. It's not as unique or distinctive as GreatWyrmGold, but it's personal, and that's all that matters.

Rusky does sound really good actually!! GO FOR IT!!!

Your name suggestion definetly is better than this one. I personally found your channel maybe a week ago, around the time it started to blow up. Never have i been so happy to find another good youtuber. You definetly have achieved every subscriber you have with hard work, not luck. I was also diagnosed with a high function form of autism when I was a child, and was never told until I was an adult and moved out of my parents house. Keep it up, as someone who loves documentaries, I can sit here and listen to this all day.

I have never been drawn to DayZ, but you video struck a chord in me about the "older days" of online gaming. I have so many memories on the internet, so many friends I have made from various games, and I still keep up with them. And, MY GOD, your FO4 video hit the nail on the head. I've always had the same opinion of it myself. To hear someone else so passionately speak about the game that I truly saw as a contender to be one of the greatest games ever, but fall on it's face is eye opening to me. I knew long time fans were upset, but I was never a long time fan. FO4 got me IN to Fallout. I ignored its flaws on my first play-throughs and did all of the factions, but it left me feeling empty. Dude, keep up the great work! Ruskie or NoobTube either or works for me. As long as your keep putting out great content and game analysis like you are I can see myself being a dedicated subscriber to you for a very long time. Your videos remind me a lot of another RU-vidr called Hbomberguy (If you just focus on his gaming analysis content). You don't look at things in a simple manner, but rather approach game analysis from a completely different direction than the mainstream videos with your depth on the "why" and especially in your ability to re frame perspective on what we should be looking at in your CSGO crate video. You avoid tackling the questions with the same answers and perspectives as the majority of reviewers and critics, you leave me thinking about my own experiences and thoughts on gaming and really do shed light on a different perspective, which is exactly what I love about your channel. I'd love for you to do a Dark Souls analysis similar to Hbomberguy's. Or do a similar game with a lot of depth because you have a very similar detailed approach to analyzing games and I'd like to see the same/similar style by you so I could see another viewpoint on games. Anyways, I love the content and I know I'll be back to see more. Keep up your quality and style because it's what makes this channel different from the others! Great move with the name @Ruskie. I like the upcoming video list, but the big thing that hooked me was your stories. The story you had of DayZ was interesting and captivating. If you make videos like that, which is genuine and not only written on hype then you can still go very far. Even as far as frankieonpc. Good luck man

I like Rusky better because it reminds me of Siberian Huskies, a very beautiful dog breed (I have one so I'm biased haha). I think I might have undiagnosed aspergers as well, I tend to ramble too. Turns out my parents only told me recently that when I was little I didn't speak a word to the other kids or teachers in preschool, so they were scared I was a nonverbal autistic who was disabled for life. But then when it came to math and writing I was great at that, so my parents stopped worrying. However, a couple decades later my lack of social skills has hampered me in the workplace a little, even if I'm an utter physics geek at my techie job. It's nice to see someone else who isn't so great with social stuff succeeding at such a social job. You're doing great as a youtuber. I like how minimalistic your videos are compared to most youtubers.

I think it’d be a good idea to have a weekly or biweekly “what I’ve been up to lately” type of video. You’d get the chance to to interact with us and we’d get up to date with you and asking questions and such. A series you can perhaps reference is Mingles with Jingles by the Mighty Jingles. If you’re going with Ruskie, well how about Real Life is Pesky with Ruskie It also helps fill the uncertain vacuum between your video uploads :D on the space theme, it’s as if we’re travelling the vastness of interstellar medium just trying to get to another bright star which is your new video.

I would say change the channel name, once you think about doing something like that it stays in your mind. I truly see your channel doing well too, your presentation, ability to get your opinions and facts across are brilliant and interesting. Your videos don't drag ignoring the length. I have just watched the fallout video and then this. I do not know why but I find your content motivating me to do the things I hate (homework etc.) and making me more motivated to do the things I enjoy, like playing games

What I really enjoy about your content is that you are more serious about these type of issues. You don't act stupid and you get right to the point without acting exaggerated for the camera. Either for serious issues like Loot Boxes and G2A or non-serious game related issues like Fallout 4 and Day-z, you never change your tone of voice and video. That is what I really enjoy and what you should focus on :) Also, you don't really "hate"... There are a lot of commentary videos that bring hate towards one developer, game, franchise, etc. You seem to be knowledgeable about the subject without being too toxic about it. Love ya man, keep it up.
