@UncleJND as the name suggests the iPhone 13 Mini is a mini. We count S23, S22, Zenfone 9, Zenfone 10 as compact. The 12 mini and 13 mini are literally good for young people under 15 years old. Or people under 1 and half metres or even less.
@@fspeshalxo69yes we used to call them phablets because the overall size of the phone was big too, don't forget how slim the bezels got! For example the Huawei Mate 9 had 5.9 inches display but the phone was barley fitting into a pocket, now the S23 has 6.1 inches display and the phone is smaller than a average size hand and you literally can't feel it when it's in your pocket! S23 is shorter, lighter, slimmer but only very slightly wider than the Zenfone 10 which has a 5.8 inches display.
I am a small phone person... but ended up buying the s22 ultra due to the battery on the s22! Now, knowing that they improved the smaller s23 will probably impact my decision next change
@@Enestz05sadly s24 will be most likely on exynos again due to the price increase in SD chips. And with Samsung's track record...i don't have much hope for their chip.
S23 is actually a substantial upgrade, although after the updates of one ui 5 and 5.1, s22 that I have with Qualcomm chip is working fantastic, with aod off and 60 hz refresh rate, I am easily getting nearly a day of usage, not so happy about the battery life overall but generally happy about purchasing S22 at nearly 1/3rd of disc on mrp. BTW, really appreciate your content and your skills, your videos were a great factor in my decision to purchase S22, great work brother 🤘🏻, love from India 🙏🏻❤️.
Factsssss! Honestly, even though the S23 is the same size as the iPhone, it being so much lighter makes the phone so much more comfortable to use! Thanks for watching! 😁
I almost got the Zenfone 9 last year just for the compact form factor and Snapdragon chip, but I’m so glad I waited because I finally get access to the Snapdragon chip in a Samsung phone (no more Exynos) …with 4 years of updates instead of only 2 years with the Zenfone 9.
And it checks off the wrong boxes too - ❎ Apple. I am looking for an Android (specifically Samsung's Goodlock and One Handed Operation+ features) alternative to my 14 Pro. My Note 20 is too big sometimes.
Hi there, I used to have SGS 22 and battery life was really bad for me - and am not heavy user. I switched to SGS23 and I can confirm - OMG! Battery is awesome and I'm not worried of not reaching late evening with it. If any - 20mins of charging is doing great job and you're good to go to a club partying and return in early morning😂
What's good about having a uniform processor across all regions means that updates will come faster on the devices since Samsung does not need to adjust most of the codes per region. My S23 Ultra battery life has been amazing. Users of the S23 should enable the Light performance profile as it will give you a better battery life. You will just sacrifice 10% of performance for a 40-50% better efficiency and the processor will just perform the same as a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. I get about 9-11 hours of screen on time on Light performance mode. People don't realize how much the battery life has improved in the S23 series. For me, this was the very reason I traded my S22 Ultra for an S23 Ultra. The phone stays cool unlike the S22 Ultra which heats up easily even when you are just scrolling on twitter or watching videos in youtube.
I just sub ur channel rn. ur vd are always great, I'm thinking of getting s23 as my secondary phone along with my iphone. after watching ur review im just so ready to buy s23.nicee review!
I feel that S22 could've been almost as good as the S23 if it was using this chip instead. I was tired of trying to fix my battery woes by reading the plethora of excuses online about "optimising your settings" or "learning your usage". I ultimately decided to leave it on my table to collect dust after roughly 6 whole months of frustration. I switched back to my 2 year old Android phone which could actually last for a day with normal usage. Therefore, I wouldn't blame you for having initial doubts about the S23, given the unfortunate issues on the S22!
Using 23 coming from iphone 12. And trust me it’s so smooth. Battery is lasting for whole day. Camera is unbelievable good. The only i am facing is that i m not used to the under display fingerprint scanner. Else everything is perfect
@@kshitijgangwar5082 I switched from my S22 to a different Android phone with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and a slightly bigger battery. My battery life literally tripled without any power saving measures in place even if I game on it. This chip is incredible!
@hmm another s22 survivor here. S23 is another league, people think it's basically way better than the basic iPhone at this point. Trade that shit in, get rid of it.
I hate all these new "tech influencers", just bought s23 because of them and when I got best buy for picking it up I noticed it has nothing to do with pixel phone... the s23 is heavier, thicker, touch feeling was the same, and it feels weird while texting, I had my primary device to compare the whole time in the store (iphone) and it was like "what the hell I was thinking"... But that's just a personal opinion
Personally, I prefer the compact phone size such as s22 or s23 regular, but Now I get stuck in choosing which one I buy, becoz I love s22 5g Snapdragon appearance , but I don't know in use of daily such as social media or web browsing or at most image editing, s22 5g gets warm or suffers from severe draining battery or what! That's make me become suspicious of buying or not😢
well this video did reach me, guess youtube algorithm found good review of phone im thinking about buying. anyway, gj, production value of this video is great!
I have Sundara as well but when I plugged them into my S10P they don't sounds that great or loud, do you think it is because there is a superior USB-C with S23 edition?
loved your video! you have such a great energy, always makes me happy and excited for something that is not even mine..! ahahahaha thank you! maybe i will by this baby
So as the video starts by thrashing the s23 as it literally has 0 hardware changes apart from New processor and a small bump So doesn't that mean all iPhones are trash according to his logic ?
Been using the phone for the last two weeks. Trust me, battery life is pretty bad. Similarly bad is the idle drain. But, everything else is just too good.
From 100% to 16-17% I'm getting 6-6.5 hrs sot even with casual gaming. When charged to only 85% I get 4.5 hrs sot. I won't let the charge go below 16-17%. Im using it on light performance mode.
dang. stopped watching at 7:59 all 3 cams are the same. I sold my S22 because the camera was terrible. colors were wrong 99% of the time. brown fur would look orangish brown. if you tried to take a pic of an animal, it was always blurry and always focused in the wrong spots. worst camera I have seen since iPhone 7
Lies....So annoyed with my New Galaxy 23+: cannot use a SD mirco card anymore, cant use wire headphones, cant sort photos, when putting a thin protective layer on front screen I could no use the fingerprint password function Volume switch is not the same and in awkward place, fingerprint ID is not on the back of the phone like before. The phone Didn’t come with a plug adaptor or even a USB cable - how stingy. Samsung are just so greedy now. I will buy a Google Pixel phone next. Transferring everything over to S23 was a mess, timely and complex, and all my Aps needed me to remember my old passwords (annoying). And the list goes on. Go elsewhere folks as Samsung have gone backwards in their technology!
Ahhh this issue... To be fair, I don't have any use cases where the shutter speed affects me! No kids running around or sports photography so it has never bothered me. I would test it but I don't have anybody willing to be a test subject in my videos 😂 Thanks for watching! 😁
