My Summer Car became a substitute for when I had to get rid of my own project car because I couldn't afford to make it run right again. I do miss that car but putting the Satsuma together and finally making it run correctly has done much to fill the void and with far less real-world consequence. There's also an active modding community that offers mods that will often make in-game life easier to a degree and creates a tiny bit of new content while the playerbase awaits the sequel, My Winter Car.

have you never heard of buggati hyper cars? they literally make everything at their vehicle manufacturing plant. everything is made on site and assembled by hand. so yes buggati makes brakes. because no one at the time of the veyrons introduction had made brakes good enough to stop that car. so volkswagon/buggati made their own. i say volkswagon first because they own buggati, ferrari,lamborghini, tons of exotic manufacturers are owned by volkswagon.
