The Nook reminds me of eddy burback's Mystery Door. except the Mystery Door could just be, like, a closet or smth, whereas The Nook is how jordan enters The Backrooms to find The Creature which gives him his daily dose of dopamine in exchange for a piece of jordan's soul every time. The Nook is also how The Creature finds jordan to propose new video ideas and collect on debts of soul when jordan reacts to too many tiktoks in one 24 hour period. (i'm sorry to expose this jordan, i just had to say something to reassure the people)
