Had that move down in the picture on the left. Pitching against Anahiem Angels (2000) when I was at CSUF. But before and after that game, just started yanking that front arm! Front Side flying towards first, baseball sailing up and in on Righties. Awesome Video!!

This is a good workout for younger pitchers struggling to get hip rotation but it doesn't teach hip to shoulder separation very well. That's the key to velocity.

First of all you look like Gary Sanchez and second of all I was just practicing the same drill except with a weighted baseball. A 12 oz baseball and some shadow pitching while paying attention to to the cocking and of the arm while bringing the ball to its apex. Excellent training vid.

I understand what you are trying to do in the drill. I am just hoping that kids who see this do not start to become off balanced and push their hips out, which it looks like you are doing in your early demonstrations of the drill.
