I didn't enjoy how they nerfed the power armor in the show, making it penetratable like this, especially since he never did this in his first run in with power armor when it was maximus but the ghoul is all around one of the goats of the fallout universe
He was fucking with maximus. He saw that Maximus did not use the armour and was just throwing himself around. This second time he was not in the mod. Also its not a nerf the ghoul just knows shit nobody Else knows be ause He is colse to 250 years old
