Thanks for the video NFL GAME TIME! I remember watching this old Giants team with Eli Manning, Brandon Jacobs, Ahmad Bradshaw, Hakeem Nicks, Shaun O’Hara, Justin Tuck, Jason Pierre-Paul, and Corey Webster.
I’m not even a giants fan but man how can you collapse from a 5-0 start to finish at 8-8. This game, two eagles losses, and next weeks Vikings game really killed them
Putting up only 6 points at Denver on Thanksgiving (their first appearance on Turkey Day since 1992) also hurt too. No to mention that last minute loss against the Chargers at home in week 9. And the collapse really began at New Orleans in week 6 (which was supposed to be a memorable homecoming for Eli Manning, but got flipped into a 48-27 beatdown at the hands of the eventual NFL champion Saints).
Ouch..... The New York Giants' very final contest at the old Giants Stadium, & getting their asses hand to them by a then 6-8 Carolina Panthers squad?.... Very bad way to close out their old home turf.
