On fruits they have different vitamins according to their colours that's why its good to mix them. Like red fruits have irons, yellow have vitamin c and A and green ones have folic acid this is all good to balance the nutrients. Faridah give them assignment to learn more and potatoes we add oil because it helps in absorption of vitamin A in found in potatoes. With out oil in potatoes you won't get vitamins A but only carbohydrates

You can add unsweetened yogurt or lightly sweet yogurt to the smoothie. You can avoid added sugars because the fruits you used have alot of natural sugars . Always avoid added sugars and too much salt . Otherwise , wonderful job girls , you are both stunningly beautiful 😍 Good job Faddy, I miss you on mwasuze Mutya ! I hope you are coming back !
