Learn how to make incredible gluten-free bread with The Bread Course:
www.glutenfreebakingcourses.c...
The Gluten-free Bread Test: In this video, I tested and compared three different kinds of gluten-free bread: one from a grocery store ($6), one from a local bakery ($9.50), and my own home-made loaf that only costs $3 to make.
If you follow a gluten-free diet (whether you have celiac disease, a gluten intolerance, a gluten allergy, or for any other health reason) I'm sure you can relate to the varying quality of gluten-free bread.
Gluten-free bread tends to be crumbly, dry, dense, and/or hard. My gluten-free bread recipe is soft, has the perfect amount of stretch, and is sturdy enough to hold up a sandwich.
Now, what I really want to know: do you relate to the sandwich test? Let me know in the comments below! 😄

My fave is Schar artisan. I can’t have eggs, the only one I could find with no egg. It toasts the same as regular bread, doesn’t fall apart, I love the taste, I can’t tell the difference between it and regular bread, except, there’s only about 12 slices in a $7 loaf.

I can tell exactly what brand that first loaf is! So nasty. Lol. Will there be a sale on the Essentials course anytime soon??🤔😂

Haha! No way! It's honestly still in my fridge... I haven't brought myself to finish it. (Side note: it has shown no signs of going bad months later, which kind of weirds me out.) Regarding The Essentials course, there aren't any sales in the near future-but you can sign up for my mailing list so you'll be the first to know. You can sign up through my site (bottom of the page) or by signing up for my free lessons. If you have any questions about the course, I'd be more than happy to chat. Feel free to email me at robyn@glutenfreebakingcourses.com. 😁
