The Gnarliest Trail in Kanawha State Forest: Enduro Mountain Bike Training 

Today was an awesome day of MTB riding in KSF. I met up with Josh for some enduro bike riding in Kanawha State Forest. This was the longest mountain bike ride I have been on in long time. I ended up doing 7 climbs and I that means we get 7 down hill runs in this video. I took my custom Marino Bikes hardtail. This bike has been pretty awesome since got it built up.The trails we go down in this video are : Polecat Trail, Raw and Wiggly, Back Bear, Pine Ridge Trail, Miracle Mile, The Gulch, and Mossy Rock. This ride ended up being 28.53 miles with 4,575 feet of elevation.
