Kadour changed my life, no exaggeration. I had sprained my ankles collectively over a dozen times, and broken my left one once. I would often roll my ankles just doing normal daily tasks. Since I discovered his philosophy of embracing the mobility and strengthening all positions I haven’t sprained my ankles once. I am so lucky to have found him when I did.
22:10 Kadour is such an inspiration and this is my first encounter with him. He casually dropped a lot of epiphany-worthy gems in this podcast, and we also get a 45 minute companion video for mobility?! Thank you, MBPP, for bringing in such valued guests.
Just wanted to say I love these videos and the content you guys put out. The vibe is welcoming and the journey of learning is always exciting. God bless ✌🏼
This was a great episode. Does kadour address or explain why some individuals knees (tendons/ligaments) hurt just from kneeling 🧎🏿 on the floor in his book? I’m assuming the pain would decrease the more you micro-dose it on a consist basis.
