The Going Crazy Tour - Episode 1 "Wind Therapy" 

I struggle with my own Mental Health, but I find that I am at my best when I'm riding my Triumph T10 Bonneville, "Sal".
This is an attempt to ride to all 48 of the lower states of the USA and have conversations about Mental Health, and to raise awareness of funds for the Movember Foundation before joining other riders in the "Distinguished Gentleman's Ride" in Atlanta, Georgia with Team Triumph.
As the host of the PBS travel show, THE GOOD ROAD, most people wouldn't see me as someone who struggles. But that's the problem. So, if you struggle, I feel you. I understand, because I've been there... and I still find myself in dark places now.
