Might be too early. I just did a 12 Rolex Collection update in August in case you missed it. It's pretty much the same except I got my new Datejust since then.
Great watch’s and nice vid, I have a two tone rose gold Datejust with diamonds in the Roman VI and IX and an Explorer two tone in yellow gold both are 36mm. I like them both very much and when I want to go steel only I have the sub 41mm no date.
Very nice! They had that same DJ with partial diamond Roman numerals when I bought mine, but I passed on it because I already had a roman dial on my blue dial stainless. Now I'm thinking yours looks slightly better than mine. I've been asking for a stainless steel Explorer 36mm ever since it came out earlier this year. I don't want the two-tone explorer now because it would look too similar to my two tone DJ.
@@sc1 I’m sure in time you will be able to get the SS 36mm Explorer. The trouble we have as Rolex fans is there’s too many choices however the relationship at the AD is key to getting anything as you will know. There’s many ADs where there’s no chance so I feel very fortunate. There’s still several watches I’d like to get but the bank balance needs to recover first. Considering the wait list ….I got the call from my AD for the Submariner in 7 months from putting my name down.
Good review the date just looks great in Rose and I think the baton hands are perfect, the Roman numerals take to much space up. And as for the President it's definitely going to be my next buy, not sure I could pull the diamonds of at my age. Thanks for posting I reckon there's a job at Hodinkee for you.
@@sc1 I like your content. Sometimes the focus of the video is off...the watches will appear blurry rather easily and often in some circumstances, and they're the ones in the foreground. Not sure if you noticed that but it does seem to happen.
Both are great but that DD is simply stunning. Maybe now I have a new goal for when I turn 50. 😉 So is your wife into watches? Does she wear any of these?
