The Grand Battle Part: 5 The Kings Road

This is Part 5 and final episode of the big one!!! Bicolline 2023: The Grand Battle of Bicolline. This is the largest battle of the week at Bicolline. It consists of a few different parts. The first two parts take place on the Battle Plains. The last part takes place throughout the forests of Bicolline. Each side is given either a yellow or a blue armband to help identify what side each person is on. My side is given blue armbands. Feel free to comment and ask me any questions you want! For those who are interested here is a short synopsis from a soldier on the opposing side:
After several days of running from the forces led by the UPIR (Union Paysanne Inclusive Révolutionnaire) guild and a bloody battle in the Kafian plains, Chevauchée des Couronnés had an extensive campaign opposing them and the forces of the army led by UPIR (including anti-Berkwald rebels, anti-Empire rebels, ainti-monarchists, Kafe, Irendille, Carcosa and several other regions) with multiple objectives to hold, leading them to fight in a diverse set of terrains up against a force who had either the will to fight against bad nobles, a homeland to defend or just received an invitation from Kafe to fight against a common enemy.

You are so right! I was really surprised that our respawn was on the far side of the forest when we came in from the Plains! Sorry I cut out you healing me! Watching it back I realized I was cheating and should not have asked for a heal!

I just made playlists of all the battles so they will play one after the other if you want! I will eventually make a supercut of the battles I think.

Not sure why your shield peeps didn't turn around when you were asking for a line cause the enemy was literally on your butts. That was a sick move flanking the enemy on the left when they were rushing the Ballista, very tricky not going through the trees, but attacking from behind them. Thanks for sharing, great video! Have you thought of making a few playlists of the different parts of the various battles? Like there are 4 parts to the fort battle because of going back and forth between defending and attacking. Just a thought.

I think there is a couple of reasons why not many people listened and made a line. I think there was a larger shield wall behind us that a lot of them might have been trying to get to. But it also might have just been a bit of panic that set in lol!! Thank you so much for being such an active viewer and thank you for all the compliments, questions and suggestions! Thats actually a great idea that i hadnt thought of, making individual battle playlists! ill do that this weekend. I will eventually splice all of them together for a supercut for those who want longer videos!

LOL! Right! After Battle we will usually either shower or go the the river and rinse off then we go to the feast hall and have really amazing food! Some guild even cook all their own food!

That's the hard part when you got to walk all the way of that road .. especially when you die xD All burned just by that.. at least it was not sunny that day haha 6:58 - yup, could.. but never seen it happen many times 12:00 - Love it when that happen. Watching both front lines walking toward each ones. Adrenalin boost! 15:00 - Really love the Archangel new look. 19:11 - A lot can happen in just five minutes :P

True, A LOT can happen in 5 minutes. Unless your a heavy armor that takes 3 1/2 minutes to walk back from spawn because you'd be exhausted and useless if you ran back to the frontline.

@@Jeudaos Funny you say that, I'm personaly heavy armored, the maximum of my time is on the front line. (Most of the Dragoniers are Heavy Armored tho) No worries, I know the feel of exhaustion. :P

Right! that road can be soo long especially in the sun. I thought the Archangel looked extra cool this year! It a work of art! I totally should have respawned especially since I was so close and ended up making it back up to the front.

When you do end up making it it will be soo worth it! Thanks for watching and liking the videos! I still go with TVN and started in Ordo Cervi, but I'm with the March Wardens and I really enjoy that guild. I really recommend going with TVN for your first year at bico. It will be probably around 2k not including plane tickets and stuff outside of bico so it is NOT cheap. However I do know of a few other guilds that do something similar and I have heard they can be cheaper. They are really new so they are still getting the kinks worked out. TVN is pretty well experienced at this point so they have a lot of great resources for new people to learn about it! They also do zoom calls a few times a month all year to explain all kinds of things and also get to know all the people that ar also going! Let me know if you have any more questions! I love talking about Bicolline!

@@TallianAdventures Thank you so much for the info! I'm really strongly considering it, but I've got some health stuff that might make things tricky. Do you know if TVN has access to fridges or something like that to store medication, or would I be relying on coolers and ice?

@EldritchBee that's a great question! I drive up so I bring a heavy cooler with me and it hold ice most of the time. You can buy bags of ice at bico as well. I know that bico has like a medical tent but I don't know if they would allow people to keep medicine there. I will ask and see what info I can find!

I totally understand! I was exactly where you are when i first saw a video about Bicolline! I can give you info on how i go to bico if you would like. Its not cheap but its soooo worth it.

I 100% agree! So I go through a company callled The Voyage North. They are not the cheapest option but I think they are a great introduction to bico then you can decide if you want to go elswere. If you do end up going to them let them know I sent you! They will set up an interview and tell you all about it over the phone. If you go through that and do not want to go through them i also know a few other guilds who do the same thing just smaller.@@JordanStrahm

@@TallianAdventures the official document presents things objectively, so you’ll have a version of the story that will cause no big disagreements with me. Hoping Berkwald will be calmer in 1024, cause being the official bad guy in 1023 and losing doesn’t give you a good look if you present you invasion LSCO as a policing COIN.

@@robinst-pierre9600 I have no clue how to get the document and had no idea it even existed. I wouldnt mind having access to them in case i find any information that i think will make my videos better. I have not presented the invasion as anything!!! I am simply trying to make good videos. I have had ZERO politics in these videos. I really do not want a lot of politics in them. I can make a Bicolline politics video if i wanted to but i deliberately stay out of the politics of my guild because i have no interest. This was the very first year our guild was in Berkwald and I dont want to be a "bad guy" either. Its all role play and I actually had a lot of fun seeing a ton of my friends on the other side. it was interesting and made for great roleplay and great footage. I dont intend to come off as rude but please dont take the videos like they are propaganda for Berkwald. And the term rebel that seemed to make you mad was not meant to be an insult and it is actually a big compliment where I come from.
