Glad you made it to Wales ( visited Llundino , many times ) Glad you got fuel and next stop Cornwall. So don’t want to be a sitting duck, from the firing range.glad you got into Padstow, even though it was late at night. ( limping on one engine isn’t fun. Years ago, all garages shut, returning home on narrow country roads, on small moped, my engine failed 13 miles from home, no phones. Got it to move by bump starting, then basically it drove at 5 miles per hour. No other traffic around, at 10pm. The last 3 miles, the engine stopped. So had to push bike for 3 miles, with no lights, for 2 miles on country roads. Sheer relief when l reached last mile, outskirts of small coastal town. Was able to push bike on pavement. Next day the garage said a electrical lead had snapped. They didn’t believe that l’d rode it for 10 miles, as the wire was completely broken. Suspect a guardian angel kept it going, as l certainly prayed, the whole 10 miles. Like you was very tired, after limping 10 miles ) so pleased you made it safely. ☺️🌈👌
