With Itchyboots currently out of action I thought I'd swoop in to fill the void of adventure travel - well, minus the bravery, the rutted dirt tracks, the impressive bilingual skills, the ability to edit together a cohesive narrative and so on...
In this video I ride the controversial CFMOTO 800MT on the iconic Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia. This trip will always be remembered as an important recovery goal that motivated me to get well after some serious health issues in early 2024. I'm so grateful to have had this opportunity to get away, so thanks to my wife and in-laws who picked up my slack when it came to running around after the kids while I was away.
Say what you like about the CFMOTO, but I'm loving it so far! Hopefully it remains as solid as it has been, but I'm sure there are those of you out there who would love to see it fail. I do love that it is bringing value to the market and I hope that puts some downward pressure on some of the other big-name brands to give us more value for money.
