Young justice - S1E2 Kid Flash - Quit starring you're creeping me out (to superboy) Robin - uhh KF. How about we not tick off the guy that can fry us with a look
14:00-14:12 the minute penguin said; " looks like I'm not the only one with a lackie. "Robin proves him otherwise by beat the everliving crap out of him!😅
And this is the reason why I love Dick Grayson not Damian Wayne as Robin. Why? Because Damian killed Dick which I will never forgive for that, the little brat. Also Dick reminds me of me a little girl who gets picked on in School but fights back to get the justice that they deserve
Fun Random Fact: The Joker has openly admitted that he hates Dick Grayson the most out of everyone in the Bat-Family. The reason is because Grayson was the only Robin that he was never able to traumatize.
XPurple Myth :3 I remember one story where Dick (as Nightwing) beat the Joker to death in a fight. He did manage to resuscitate him, but it still messed him up since the Joker was able to push him over the edge. Perhaps that's what you're referring to (although I very much might be wrong 😁) But as Robin? As a kid? No. Though not from lack of trying. No matter what the Joker did to him, Dick somehow managed to keep his bright, cheery personality. Side note: I guess you could say he (Joker) also messed him up after shooting and paralyzing Barbara Gordon since her and Dick used to date.
Brandon Rog I'm sorry, let me elaborate. Damian was infected with Joker Venom, and the Joker forced him to fight his father (Batman) because Batman himself had become infected (This was a lie as Damian was hallucinating). Can't remember if he won or not, but Damian decided he'd rather die at Batman's hands that have to fight him. So the Joker activated a "fail-safe" which killed Batman, only to reveal that it was an imposter. Even though it was a trick, Damian was still messed up about it for awhile.
6:01 - 6:21 Robin: If I knew it was gonna take this long, I would've brought my homework. You sure about this "extortion ring?" Batman: Uh-huh. Robin: It's been four hours! Batman: Uh-huh. Robin: You still think they'll show? Batman: Uh-huh. Robin: Lucky for me, you're such a "good" conversationalist. Batman: *adorable smile* I think this is one of the BEST little casual exchanges between Batman and Robin~
if you follow Dick Grayson from Robin to Nightwing, its kind of sad listening to the part where he said he doesnt want to be like Batman - because Dick is, at some point, becoming more and more like Bruce.
Yes and no. He is becoming more like Bruce, but it isn't really a sad thing. I think his scene with Canary betrays his own misunderstanding of Bruce. Batman doesn't sacrifice everything for the sake of the mission, he sacrifices himself first and foremost for the sake of every single innocent bystander.
@@alalalala57 there are scenes which show that he can be overprotective of his friends and even his sidekicks and still make them fell useful for e.g damian in jl vs ten titans
@Violinspiration Gacha HG Wells wrote a book where aliens invaded Earth but died from exposure to Earth diseases due to lack of immunity. It's an old book, but I think that's what he's referencing.
Richard "Dick" Grayson is also known as the first Robin who grows up to become Gotham's future protector, Nightwing. In other words he's both Batman's first student and his greatest success.
Eh, hits harder if he grows up to become Bludhaven’s first and greatest protector as later on down the line, that made Bruce and everyone else see him as a bigger success and someone else succeeds Bruce as Gotham’s protector. That’s usually always where they want him at least. Damian becomes Gotham’s protector, heck ye…
The animated series, interaction between Batman and Robin but robin is a teen/young adult The batman, the young Robin and batman interaction Teen Titans: The leader. robin at his best on his way to be nightwing Young Justice : I just like this incarnation is where he also put all his training from Batman. Overall. It doesn't matter if it is as Batman sidekick or as a solo hero, Dick Grayson is an awesome character.
IKRRRR I DIE EVERY TIME. But you know, Batman immediately regretted firing him right after Robin ran away. He tried looking for him and taking him back, but by the time he found him, Robin had already founded the Teen Titans. Batman, despite how hard it was to part with the boy, decided he was better off with them, and left him with them. However, him being the paranoid dad he is, he keeps the team under constant surveillance to make sure they're doing ok. Robin, despite their bad fallout, still misses him from time to time and still considers him his father. And I find that really sweet. No matter how far apart they've strayed from eachother, they're still father and son in their minds.
Sophia Is Crafting yeah, and I know that comic from teen titans named Regarding Robin (issue 47) and in the ending where robin and Starfire kiss in the roof top Batman has his binoculars and sees them kissing and says from a far distance and says “times change, yes I’ve been inside his head, I know how it’s like to lose your parents like he did. We where a family act.i used to be closer to him than anyone else, but in these days it looks like he’s in better hands”
At first I didn’t know about this comic but when I searched it up I got to find one that lets me read it for free on Google and yeah so if u haven’t seen it I’m just wondering maybe you’d like to see it too. Lol
Pinkie Pie_Fan OH MY GOSSSHHHH. OKay so I heard he said SOMETHING like that but AWW IS THAT REALLY WHAT HE SAID?? Sorry lol I'm a huge dadbat fan and I just find that really adorable. I hope that if they ever decide to continue the Teen Titans, they include that scene at the end.
I'm really not sure if I liked Dick more during his Robin days or now that he's Nightwing. I love how complex Nightwings character is, but his relationship with Bruce and Batman is so strained that it makes my heart hurt. Then again all of the former Robin's have some sort of beef with Bruce for one reason or another. Bruce tries his best, but he is far from a good dad.
Lillian kelly i think im on ur boat dick has the smarts but damian has the fighting skills and that snobby attitude idk i like him as robin i guess cause thats bruces kid
@@WolfFireheart Nope, that's Dick Grayson. He was really new to Robin then and probably wanted to prove himself or something. Honestly I find that moment HILARIOUS
CrayDude345 // RageEX they're were hints, like in "How Long Is Forever" he became Nightwing which is a usual symbol of Dick Grayson, and in the episode "Haunted" you kinda see Dick's origin (circus, and the silhouttes symbolized his parenrs dropping from great heights and stuff)
We can all agree that Teen Titan's robin is the best robin. He's like a second batman when duty calls but has his own personality to it. Plus his humor isnt too try hard & actually funny! But batman the animated series wasnt bad either.
Dale Gribble Look don’t get me wrong I love the original teen titans but...The YT robin is definitely the cutest and at least has a sense of humor..well kind of
“Pass, Batcave’s crowded enough.” I wonder if this means Jason Todd is already in the house, and was just kept from the Team because Bruce didn’t think he was ready. I’m going to guess that Barbara was already working with the Bats, because she knew Dick Grayson by the time Artemis was an student at Gotham Academy and no offense to Commissioner Gordon but he’s not paying that tuition on a police officer’s salary. If we assume that Jason and Barbara are in the cave by the time of the pilot, then Jason could be 9 or 10, and must have died a lot younger than he did in the comics to be killed by the Joker, have Batman try and fail to enact revenge, go into a depression, adopt Tim Drake, and have Dick train as Nightwing for “years.”
In one episode of YJ, you can see holograms of the fallen, including one Robin. I assume that that one is Jason Todd. So yeah, he‘s currently dead but since season 3 will happen at some point, it‘s likely that he‘ll return as Red Hood.
I love 05:49 :D I love Dick Grayson, My favorites are Young Justice and Teen Titans. Hes such a great leader and.... Hes sooo cool . He is funny and...dunno My love to hım cannot be explained!
It's funny that in the the newest adaptations where he is the main Robin he uses Tim Drake's classic suit and in Young Justice his Robin Suit is also based on Tim's new suit's colours, well, it's better than having him half-naked haha
Teen Titans and The Batman Robin's are my favourite - mainly because they're the same person, and it excites me to see my boy young and older, allowing you to understand and relate more to this specific Robin - because he's so full of heart and bravery; devoted to protecting the ones he loves and doing what's right. And best of all, he's a sexy motherf***er (well, so is YJ Robin, but STILL)
