"Destroying you now would be too EASY!You haven't suffered enough yet!And we want to dismantle you piece by piece! After all, we know who you are and everyone you care about!"Best quote from Brock.
The venom movie is coming out next year so they have to put him back in the suit Btw I don't like the idea of a venom movie is stupid I think he should be homecoming 2 then have his own solo movie but if you want a good venom. I am editing spiderman 3 and adding a more muscular venom and a new voice
Pretty good video, but you missed probably the best Venom quote from Spectacular Spider-Man: Symbiote: Bond with us, Eddie Brock! Mind, body, and soul! Eddie: Yes... Symbiote: Accept the gift that Parker rejected! Eddie: Yes! Symbiote: And together, we will have our desire!! Eddie: YES!! Venom: WE WILL HAVE VENGEANCE ON SPIDER-MAN!!!
Venom: Don't worry, We're not going to finish you yet... Parker. Spider-Man: Listen to me, Brock you go-- (mouth covered by Venom) Venom: STOP, CALLIN US THAT, We are Venom, now, We wanted you, but you spurned us, now we have big plans, you know nothing about us, but we know everything about you, you see us everywhere, even in your nightmares. (throws Spider-Man aside) Spider-Man: No, Brock, come back, Brock!
@106162008329213166403 green goblin is Spiderman's arch nemesis he actually killed Gwen Stacy venom threatens to kills Spiderman's loved one but he never really succeeds don't get me wrong venom is undeniably Spider-Man's most popular enemy but green goblin has done more damage.
"Together again! We KNEW it wasn't an illusion. Do you believe us now, Doctor?...There's no more Eddie, and no more Symbiote. Only, VENOM!" "This time will be different than last time. This time VENOM will win! Hrlaaargh!!"
My favorites: "You see us everywhere, even in your nightmares" "Never wound, what you can't kill" "We like being bad, IT MAKES US HAPPY" "Enjoy your fame Spiderman, WHILE IT LASTS" *"THERE NO EDDIE BROCK, ONLY VENOM"*
*Spiderman shoots web balls* Venom: What are those supposed to do? Spiderman: Well, they're supposed to hurt. Venom: Right idea....WRONG CALIBER *shoots venom cannonballs*
Agree, it was supposed to have 65 episodes, season was supposed to give us carnage, hobgoblin and agent venom. And scorpion, morbius and kingpin also deserved a screentime. Maybey that could even lead to a daredevil and a blade appearance
@@spr_g_follower_2 we might even could have spider-Gwen. Then flash and Gwen would be peter's teammates, he would reveal himself to them, Gwen hen would punch him in the face and would yell: that's for all the times you lied to me about why you were never there when why asked you, you jerk! Pete would whisper than to flash: I'm never going to hear the end of this, right? Flash: nope, she is definitely going to remind you of this forever. And then he would laugh about it
He is one villain who was missing in "The Avengers: Earth's Mightest Heroes". He would be a antagonist for not only Spider-Man, but for all heroes in the show, specially the Hulk. And the synbiote's origins would be greatly explored by the team.
FireBomberBassist Is its own opposite, the Owlman to his Batman, the Ultraman to his Superman, the Anti-Spawn to his Spawn, the Rowdy Ruff Boys to his Power Puff Girls, etc.
Venom: This is your doing, villain! Another innocent hurt... ...one important to us! Venom: We'll spin your spine till it corkscrews your head! And for you, we'll punch your bladder up the back of your throat! Venom: You hurt us before! It won't happen again! Now how about you take off your costume, buddy......and we finish this man to symbiote!
"Revenge is a human trait we enjoy. We'll have our revenge against you. And the ones close to you. Like your poor Aunt May. Or Mary Jane Watson. We know all about them too..."
2:16 Venom: what are those suppose to do? Spidey: well they`re suppose to hurt Venom: right idea...WRONG CALIBER! definitively my most fun line of venom XD
Despite visually resembling the 616 eddie/venom, The spectacular version of Eddie/Venom is heavily inspired by the Ultimate eddie/venom through being young, peter's childhood friend and like a brother to him, a scientist, a college student who had worked for Curtis Connor/the Lizard at ESU, having an interest in Gwen Stacy, having the same background/origin and reason to hate spider-man and peter, and many more.
Let us just say that the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon is not actually an adaptation of the Ultimate Spider-Man comic book series (aside from having some of the designs of the characters and a hulk-like Green Goblin).
Peter Parker: Eddie, the suit you've got to take it off. Eddie Brock: Oh, you'd like that, wouldn't you? Peter Parker: I know what it feels like. It feels good. The power. Everything. But you'll lose yourself. It'll destroy you. Let it go. Venom: I like being bad. It makes me happy.
+Hectorferjr2 - The suit... you've got to take it off ! - Oh, you'd like that, wouldn't you ? -... -... :/ - I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that. - Sounded better in my head. (Seriously though, between the "spider-sense tingling" thing and this... this version of Venom was a perv).
Eddie Brock: Oh! My Spider-Sense is tingling! [pulls Mary Jane Closer to Himself and Points to Her] Eddie Brock: ...If you know what I'm talking about!
IDaBomb26 The only good parts of Spider-Man 3 were the Harry and Sandman plots. The rest of the film was shit and they messed up the Symbiote Spider-Man and Venom plot something rotten.
I totally agree with you that it is the best incarnation. However, the rest of the world aren't as intelligent as us, so the series was cancelled after two seasons.
MrRickyStephens Disney bought them out. As well as the Muppets, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and even PAC-MAN!!!!!!!! I hear they want "Spyro the purple dragon" next! I had nothing against Disney before, but why? And the weird thing is, Stan Lee wanted this to happen since the 60's!!!!!!!!!!
It sucks when a show you like is cancelled >.< I can't say I dislike the Spectacular Spiderman series, I saw about 1 min, then I didn't want to see it anymore because of the animation style, so I can't really say it's good nor bad, but I've seen most other animated Spiderman series. My personal favorite is still the "Spiderman the animated series" one, watched it when I was younger. I'm still sort of pissed that they ended it with a cliffhanger :/ And I like the "Ultimate Spiderman" series best of all the newer ones i've seen during the years, partly because it's the most similar animation style to the original one I guess. :)
Really? I actually really like that double voice thing. Ur right it doesnt sound that intimidating but does sound pretty awesome on my opinion. Also yes, it was an awesome show
TheReccher I actually really love the double voices they have going on. It adds that extra touch that captures the fact that Venom is an extension of Eddy Brock.
I like how most people complain about how Spectacular's Venom sounds like a school bully. I find this ironic since Brock in this universe used to protect Peter from bullies when he was still in school. I think they made it to be ironic.
I can't believe you missed my favorite TAS Venom quote "We're now part of a life force that has existed since the dawn of time. Imagine what you've turned down, Parker. Think of all this knowledge. We've seen thousands of worlds, millions of civilizations. Learned many secrets. Always with one goal above all else. To survive. And now we're sharing those secrets with Eddie Brock. We're very happy together."
Vemon is a bit like Bane over at DC. When he first arrived on the scene it was in a really big way, but he burned out way too quickly from over exposure. He fared better than Bane and has had multiple good stories over the years, but he jumped the shark for me when Spider-Man made a truce with him. And it's less a problem with Venom and more a problem with Spider-Man's characterization. Peter letting a murderer, even a vigilante murderer, run loose is just contrary to his character. Brock always did and still does have it in him to be a really great villain. A character that has deluded himself into thinking the hero is a villain and he's doing the right thing has a lot of potential. His star burned bright for a reason, but the magic just isn't there these days anymore. To be fair, Flash as Agent Venom has been on of the most compelling arcs the symbiote has had in years. But will we ever see Brock back at the forefront again? If he does, I'm afraid it won't be the same.
I have liked all versions of Eddie Brock/Venom when he was a villain, anti-hero, and hero. But my favorite version of him was when he was Anti-Venom when he and Peter where on good terms and he was a hero. Eddie is no true villain he really is a good person and the only reasons for his ever being a villian was due to his misunderstood hatred for Spider-man.
@@makutas-v261 nah but he's better as an anti hero now, cause the whole obsession with spider-man was getting too old and repetitive, he got a lot of character development and is his own character now which is cool.
You forgot to add in the scene where Eddie looses the symbiote and Spider-Man tries to confort him by saying he can go on in life without hating with a heartbroken Eddie saying " It only loves me for the hate" which shows broken Brock is and how hatred became his only reason of living
The writing and design were great, but something about the voice in spectacular spiderman seemed...off. Not menacing enough. Maybe if they made Venom's voice deeper it would be creepier when played over eddie's normal voice. Oh well
+HereToStay No. I like Spectacular Spiderman but the voice for Venom just sucks. Sounds like a schoolbully. Never imagined Venom sounding anything like that when I read the comics. Most Venom voices in general make him sound too human while others make him sound to monstrous. In my opinion the best ones were somewhere in-between.
90's Venom is the best!He is not like Ultimate or Spectacular incarnations. They have stupid muscular bodies which makes him look like a monster. But No.Venom is suppoused to be an Anti-Spiderman or Anti-Hero version of him with equal powers.
He is NOT supposed to be an anti hero, he is supposed to be the antithesis of Spider-man, a complete counter part and one of his worst foes because of the hatred that drives him to tear Spider-man's life until he dies. Making Venom an anti hero is like making the Green Goblin one, it just CAN'T be, they are pure incarnations of evil.
Okay, I like the way they wrote Venom in Spectacular, but GOD do I hate his design in that show. The weird proportions are already jarring enough, but then he looks like he had his two front teeth knocked out, lol.
Fun fact: 90's venom is voiced by hank azaria who voiced chief wiggum from the simpsons. Spectacular Venom is voiced by Christopher Castile who voiced Eugene the jynx from Hey Arnold. Let that sink in for a moment...
Yeah 90's venom even sounds a little like moe. Sorry I got Spectacular venom wrong, I think Eugene from Hey Arnold had 2 voice actors and Ben was one of them. Ben was also Numbah 1 and Numbah 2 from KND.
Peter Parker: We can find a way to settle this. Eddie Brock: You're so right. I'm thinking... humiliation. Kind of like how you humiliated me. Do you remember? Do you remember what you did to me? You made me lose my girl. Now I'm gonna make you lose yours. How's that sound, tiger?
90's Venom: "You will see us everywhere, even in your nightmares!" Okay, 1- If ANYWHERE that'd be my first guess to find you. 2- You have no need to specify nightmares like that, because it's practically guaranteed by your appearance coupled with the animators' sadistic need to draw close ups of your face for all the kids at home. 3- just replace "even" with "especially" and it makes more sense. 4- saying "even in" makes it seem like the writers wanted to rub it in. 5- HOLY F*** THAT THING IS TERRIFYING. "You know, for kids!"
Everything about Venom in SMTAS was just amazing. He managed to be one of the most memorable characters in the show despite only appearing for three episodes.
[Peter pulls Eddie out of symbiote, Peter grabs a pumpkin bomb and tosses it into the cage to destroy it] Eddie Brock: Peter! What are you doing? No! Peter Parker: Eddie! [Eddie runs back into the cage with symbiote and both are are vaporized by the explosion]
pitiful that you did't use the phrase from 1994 series about his origins with cosmos on the background... comparing with the movie version - "I like being bad")
I totally can't wait to see the new Venom movie. Even though it's Pg-13 I really hope it's gonna be great. Or at least not towned down. I'm really hoping for the best.
Yeah. At least in Spiderman TAS, Eddie was working out and the Venom symbiote more or less matched his body, like it did with Peter's in both series. Its odd that in Spectacular, it turned him into a Hulk appearance when Eddie looked rather average for a big guy (Well, big compared to Peter)
You'Re right sinistro, Venom was awesome in the movie but he was still short-lived, also, you're not an narcissistic whatever. I'm very sorry about that if I have offended you, I think that of the character you named yourself after, not you, not at all. I REGET EVERYTHING, I said some unacceptable things.
I think I like Spectacular Eddie Brock/Venom a little more. I think that version of Brock had more pathos to his character, where as the TAS version was always a jerk even before the symbiote.
