808 is basically laptop-sized, so may or may not be lacking in processing power. Though 808 has seen first-paw how "invincible" Chai may be when there's slapstick.

@@Commander_Appo Yeah Hi-Fi rush is a rhythm action game with game play like Devil may cry and Bayonetta, but all in the tune of a rhythm game with greater benefits the more you stick to the beat.

I think they're all human cyborgs much like chai but heavily modified. They still have their modified brains and a modified digestive system, everything else is just replaced with machinery and such.
@@Dualbladedscorpion7737 nope, they are entirely robots and fully sapient individials. Issue is, they are TOO human and not only can they learn, but they develop personalities and can learn in NEGATIVE ways just like a normal person. Also IIRC they can eat so they can consume leftover garbage.
I absolutely love the fact that 808 goes along with Chai's persona, and seems to agree with everything he thinks as if they were the best partners in crime. Just look at him before the blast, lol

I think the cybernetic enhancements provided through Project Armstrong enhances the whole body, not just the limb it replaces. That’s why Chai is so durable. Also, the Musical Robot Powers that canonically make everything in a 3-block radius instinctively move to the rhythm of his beat probably have something to do with it.
You gotta give them credit, every switch to hand animation is totally smooth. It so cements the Saturday morning cartoon feel this game just breathes. An absolute thing of beauty.
the plan had a critical error and was still successful and yet everyone wants to act like chai is an idiot. He reminds me of DBZA goku where 99% of the time he is a total idiot but you will miscalculate that 1% he isn't every single time

Man this cutscene just shows we need a Saturday morning esc cartoon series of this show where the beat can always be subtly heard in the background and every character moves to it, like with footsteps syncing up and such
